So here's my honest take on Call For Fire. I've tested a bunch of military strategy games and this one's pretty unique. The realistic artillery mechanics are a nice change of pace from the typical tower defense or base building stuff. It's got a good amount of depth without being overwhelming. Graphics look great too, even on my older phone. The clan battles are the real highlight for me - teaming up with friends to take down other players is just a blast. Not gonna lie though, the progression can get grindy at higher levels. And the ads are kind of annoying if you don't pony up for the premium version. But overall, it's a pretty solid military sim that's worth checking out.

Description

I’ve been playing Call For Fire for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile training simulation that teaches you how to call in artillery and mortar fire. Pretty solid app if you’re into military strategy games.

Here’s what you do: You get put in an observation post with a radio, and your job is to coordinate indirect fire on enemy targets. There’s a bunch of different mission types, like grid and polar, and you have to use the right techniques to hit your mark. It’s got a pretty realistic feel, which is cool. And the clan wars feature is pretty fun – you team up with friends and try to take down other clans.

Look, if you’re into military sims, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a solid training tool that’s actually kind of addicting. Worth checking out if you want to learn how to call in fire support.
