I have a fewissue regarding this game. First, I have passed 2 completed gates and every time I open the game I have to scroll through the sections to get to the level I am on. In the past the game automatically brought you directly to the level you were on. This is only going to get worse the further I go in the game. Second, the golden tickets that you "earn" cost real money. Finally, when you don't have any lives left and they gift you 30 minutes of boosters, but you can't use them.

I actually accumulated 10 gold bars (nearly impossible without $). Then, on all "Ultra Hard" level (what stupid programmer came up with that?), I only needed one more bottle. After 25 plus attempts at that level, I decided to use my gold bars for 5 more lives. A bottle didn't even show up in five turns. And that is exactly why I would never spend a dime on this dumb game!

Absolutely bogus rating system for difficulty, the only way to enjoy it is to pay, and there is no benefit worth playing for. The gameplay is so skewed it is no longer fun. I got to level 2,491 with a 100+ day streak. It is IMPOSSIBLE to play certain levels without boosters, and most aren't helpful. At some point, playing a level more than 30 times, there is no level of "skill" that could actually complete the level. The only option is to pay for the +300 moves.

I loved this game up until the 200th level. Every time I make a striped candy, it only strikes through about 4 other candies, and not the whole row. I've been stuck on the same level for weeks now because of this, and it's incredibly irritating. Maybe it's a glitch in the game, or maybe that's what supposed to happen on later levels, but in any case I have to stop playing simply because I'm tired of not being able to advance.

It crashes all the time causing freeze ups. Sometimes you can't get out of the freezing stages, except when you turn off your device. This means you lose time, boosters. Yesterday I was only able to play two games during a 5 hour period. I have deleted so many apps to make sure I have storage available, makes no difference still slow, freezes, black screens. I have other devices that I un. install candy crush soda from them. I give it a zero if that choice was available. GAME SUCKS!!

Overall, game can be a fun distraction. Some issues really need to be addressed though. Once again, (just as I'm out of lives) I get a free timed bonus. Whether these are 15 minutes or half hour, they've expired before I have even one life to play them. Since I play on my phone, if I take a call, again... bonuses expire. These should be set up so that if the game app is closed, bonus timers stop automatically. Not that complicated.

I love the game but today while trying to login it was frozen I logged in throughout the day but still wasn't able to play. So tonight I decided to just uninstall and reinstall. It gave me some trouble but once I did get back in I lost all of my boosters. Over 200 candy sticks, swaps, fish, bombs and etc. They have to find a better way to keep all of the boosters that a player acquired. That's a lot to lose when someone play everyday. If I would have lost my spot level 2000+ I wouldn't play

Overall an ok game. Only part I hate about it is that I will be trying to get the extra 5 lives and bonus candies to try and help me finish a level, and when I go to watch the ads for the reward, it kicks me out and I lost my streak I had going, therfore, starting over the level and losing any reward I had obtained. DO BETTER WITH YOUR GAMES!! This is ridiculous because it happens SO much...fix your bug crashes. YOU SHOULD COMPENSATE PLAYERS FOR LOST REWARDS DUE TO GAME CRASHES

I started playing this game since around 2016 and stuck with it becuz it was a great way to pass my time when not doing anything and it is very addictive.. but I've been away for like a year now and returning today to try it out again but the feel just isn't the same. I fell in love with the the old themes (theme music, sound effects and all) but it's all been replaced with what I think the developers would refer to as "a more modern theme" which is boring to me...

What is going on with the store to purchase more gold bars???? I have been trying to make a purchase for over a week and have been UNABLE to do so. Every time I try, I receive a message that the store is unavailable, try again later. This only happens in Candy Crush Soda. I play, Saga, Friends, Jelly, but I do not receive this message when I attempt to make a purchase on those apps. Please fix this issue. I do not want to restart the app and lose my winning streak of most days played in a row!!

If you don't have much room on your device, don't download! It forces you to update (or uninstall). Tried playing, but couldn't because a box taking up my screen (except enough around the edges to see the game was working) said "Oops! Update to the latest game version for the sweetest fun!" The first time it came up I was able to exit, but it immediately popped up again & there was no way to get past it. Uninstalling as I can't use it & it's just taking up space now. What a shame..SO IRRITATING!

love to play. when you are losing,you get to watch adds for more chances. when you are on a winning streak, there are no adds to watch. you must spend gold to keep going. out of gold? ahhh, then you must spend money. or loose your streak and all of the advantages the game gave you. not very nice. I DO NOT spend money on games. I work too hard to hand them that kind of cash. I'll win it back. it's just a game. but, they are kind of low-brow to do the game like that.

it's fun but also frustrating. the game obviously wants you to spend and it's set up in a way to get you to spend by purposely irritating you to spend money. games like this is what's ruined playstore for me a lot. it's reached a point that I'm surprised when I find a game that isn't trying to trick me into spending money through using predatory or phycological methods. people aren't stupid, you can only fool them so many times before they will no longer be willing to spend money.

been playing for over 10 years, but this lastest update took away many of the bonuses. the 30 mins free play after so many consecutive days of play. so you don't get rewarded for playing a lot. also daily bonuses are just a pink hammer, no more free minutes of playing. I guess I'll be playing less, because 5 plays at a time is not enough to pass levels. very disappointed

I went from a 5 star down to 1 star. Here's the reason: I was enjoying the game in reaching the 4000th level. I was watching a lot of ads in order to get there in a relatively short amount of time. One day I spent 99 cents to get 24 hours of unlimited lives, and certain boosters. Now, I'm no longer offered any ads to be rewarded with anything at all. I even started over and reached level 600. I'm still not being offered any ads to watch. I'm not putting more money into it.

You never get enough moves to beat levels, it will do the wrong move when you inputted something else, and the algorithm never gives you the right candy. There is absolutely no way to get free rewards without beating levels and you can't even do that. I don't even know why I downloaded this game and can't wait to stop playing it. King touts this game as fun and relaxing but all it does is drive you crazy. There's a bug where you'll watch an ad to completion but it'll say the ad was interrupted.

Too many pop ups. After opening the app, before I can play the next level, I have to sit through 10 pop ups and cancel them each time, just to play. Then I play a level and have to sit through another 10 pop ups. When I have a spare couple mins to play this game, I spend most of my time just cancelling mini games, pop up podiums, saying no to buying bars, saying no to other random things. Very annoying.

I haven't had to watch a single ad playing this game, so I am grateful for that. However, I will say, this game stops being fun when it's clear it's pay to win. Once you reach towards the 3,000 levels, it's constant hard levels and its near damn impossible to win them if you dont have any boosters. I understand higher levels will be challenging, but at least still make it possible to win without having to spend money.

Must be one of my favorite game for years. I appreciate that there’s no ads and that you can play the game without paying. You know how some games make it impossible to progress at some point if you don’t purchase? Here you can play the daily challenges, collect extras and keep going to level 1000+ without any issues. And it still is interesting and enjoybale

Too many bugs.I have to log out every time I play now. I don't get my rewards because there's a problem with the ads. I've reported it several times and did everything that the help center asked me to do. All they do now is send me emails stating that they're working on the problem. This game is not what it used to be. More work than fun. My Candy Crush Saga works fine...only the Candy Crush Soda has bugs.
