Been playing Clank! for a couple months now. It’s basically a deck-building board game where you sneak into a dragon’s lair, steal some treasure, and try to escape before you get roasted. Pretty solid app if you’re into strategy games.

Here’s what you do: You build up your deck of cards to get better gear and abilities. There’s also clan battles, which are pretty cool. You team up with friends and try to raid other clans. And the deeper you go, the more valuable loot you can find – but it gets harder to get out alive.

Look, if you’re into deck-building and dungeon crawling, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Clank!. I've tested a bunch of strategy apps and this one's pretty solid. The gameplay is super addictive, with a good mix of deck-building and exploring the dungeon. The graphics look great and it runs smooth even on my older phone. And the clan battles add a nice social element. The main downside is that it can get a little repetitive after a while, and the ads can be annoying if you don't pay. But overall, I'd say it's one of the better strategy games I've played on mobile.

a good adaptation of the board game. definately play the tutorial to learn the controls even if you know the board game. zooming into cards is essential on a phone.

I am having trouble playing cards without the game freezing on me. I have only been able to complete three turns and then have to save and exit and restart....

App stability improved since update in early Aug 2025, however still unpolished - i.e. one of the scoring screens now shows a "PROMPT.SkipToResults" label to the user aftr a game....
