So here's my take on Devour Idle RPG. I've tried a bunch of these idle/incremental games and this one's one of the better ones. The progression is super satisfying, you can just keep getting stronger and stronger without limits. And the combat system with the different damage types is a cool twist. Doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it's a solid execution of the genre. Couple issues like the repetition and the grind getting a bit much later on, but overall I've been enjoying it.

Description

Been playing Devour Idle RPG for a couple months now. It’s basically an RPG where you start off super weak but keep eating stuff to get stronger and stronger. Kinda like those incremental games where you just keep growing more and more powerful.

There’s a bunch of cool features – you can absorb different weapons to gain damage types, then stack multipliers by specializing or mixing them up. And the progression is crazy, you can literally keep growing forever without any caps. Tried turning into a giant spike monster the other day, it’s nuts how much you can evolve.

Look, if you’re into these types of idle games, you’ll probably dig Devour. It’s not perfect – can get a bit repetitive after a while and the upgrades start taking forever at higher levels. But overall it’s a pretty solid game, I’d say it’s worth checking out.
