Reviews for Disney Solitaire

This game has so much potential. but due to the ridiculous amount of coins it takes to play it makes it obnoxious. 1st as you advance it requires more coins just to play the level. 2nd it cost an insane amount of coins to purchase +5 cards while you're in a level. And even after you do that, you don't even get cards you can use. if I'm spending 17k coins for just 5 cards, I should be able to use them. if I'm down to 2 cards and have 10+ left I should have usable cards. fix your algorithm.

This game is flat out cash grab! it's fun at first, then it takes forever to go to the next scene because doing the solitaire part you run out of cards and you spend tons of coins to finish one level! I had to buy 45k coins and spent all on one level because they aren't fair with the flips! you waste a lot of coins! the wilds are a waste in coins! 9k to get one wild! not worth it! fun at first, but after scene frozen you'll get frustrated! I'm uninstalling! it's not right!

Want to like it, but it's seeming borderline rigged to lose. It's not just wow I'm unlucky. It's I've gotten the same number 3 times in a row, wasting 3 draws. When there's already 2 of said number on the board. Past level 50 and now grinded to a halt fast. Nothing really to even do at this point, I'm not paying for anything in a game that makes their cash grab so obvious.

You quickly realize this is a money grab and that its rigged to not let you win. The concept of the game & graphics are amazing, but after playing for awhile and getting to the higher levels its near impossible to advance. First, you amass a ton of coins and then its as if it purposely doesnt allow you to win anything. So then you spend actual money to get ahead only for your coins to quickly disappear in a few levels. I love this game, I just wish it wasn't a money grab.

I downloaded this game on launch day. It is very cute and fun! I am currently on level 180. However, I had to spend quite a bit of real money to get that far. I feel the game would be more enjoyable with a better cost-to-winnings ratio.bI will continue to play when I can, but I refuse to dump money into the game every other day just to keep progressing. I also feel that most of the mini-games involved are pretty much unobtainable unless you're winning to spend a good amount of money.

So the game is polished, looks good, etc, etc. The thing I'm wondering is if it purposely feeds you levels you can't win in order to (potentially) entice you to spend money? UPDATE. I've played a lot and determined 2 things, don't spend money. Just stop when you're done. Save coins throughout the day and play casually. Events always end, new ones start. You'll always fluctuate coins. I had 500k yesterday, played for hours, then lost it all in minutes. Don't drop real money unless you want to.

This game started off great. As you progress through the levels, however, it becomes incredibly difficult to play without spending money. Coins get drained very fast. I understand it's disney and as a huge dinsey fan myself I was drawn to the app, however, there are many other solitaire options out there that don't try to drain your bank account.

I had to edit this review after playing awhile more. My biggest gripes with this game that actually makes so angry is the fact you have to pay coins to play a level which, that in itself, is absolutely absurd. Then, you can flip SEVERAL cards with not a single move. So many times I can get down to one card and have 8+ cards left, and flip them all either not a single playable move. So, now you are telling me I have to spend coins for a wild or add more cards or just to replay the level? insane

Not truly solitaire because you're not playing with 1 or even just 2 decks of cards, but a random pull of any possible card at any time. The randomization is also clearly stacked against you, especially the longer you play. And gameplay continuation becomes unmanageably expensive for in-game currency, so that you're not playing more often than you are. When you do get a run going, it is satisfying, but that's so rare.

The game is cute and fairly easy for the first two chapters. once you hit the third, you are consistently having to spend all your coins for either more cards or a wild card to complete levels. I'm able to do 1 sometimes 2 plays before I've used all my coins and have to wait for more. Now, you can then purchase coins through their many "Specials" going on if you don't want to wait. I do like that there are no ads, aside from their own pop-ups wanting you to purchase with real money.

Very nice game, but each level costs ENORMOUS amount of coins. If you need a few extra to win the level, forget it. You Just can't keep up. It's impossible to play since there's never enough coins. On top of that, when you spend the enormous amount of coins needed for the few extra cards, it's not a guarantee that you'll even get the card you need!!! I'm not sure why the game was designed like this, but you really can't play for more than 5 minutes. I've since uninstalled this game.

its a super fun game and this disney kid loves the idea. the only annoying thing is you run out of coins so quickly. prices keep changing in the game, which makes it hard to do anything. I really don't think you should have to pay to play a level. by the time you finish it, you haven't made any coins. it costs more coins to play the game than what you earn finishing the level. that makes it unenjoyable

Fun game, but frustrating if you're not willing to spend real money. You run out of coins quickly once you get to higher levels because the coin cost to do anything keeps increasing. There's no way to earn more coins without waiting for the bonus to recharge unless you're willing to either spend real money or hound your friends to join. Either stop increasing the cost to play or give us more opportunities to earn coins, like watching ads. Some of us don't want to spend actual money, thanks.

So tired of solitaire games that once you get to a certain lol (usually less than a week worth of play), it takes 3 to 5 (or more) hands to actually win a hand & since each win essentially only gets you enough coins to play one more hand, if you don't pay to play you basically get one hand per hr. This is the same. But even worse since it is nearly impossible to or takes forever to win a challenge that could get you more coins. Way more to say but unfortunately not enough room.

This game is a 5 star game! very well made and brings me back to my nostalgia! However... the algorithm they use FORCES you to buy coins, no matter how skilled you are at TriPeaks solitaire. it is extremely annoying and very obvious that they force you to buy coins. I will be deleting after I reach checkpoint 10 in Mistplay. Nostalgia is not worth buying, and buying, and buying some more, just to be able to play a couple card hands. Stop with the greed, Disney. Your greed loses customers.

The gameplay is fun...once you finally GET to it. I'd play this game so often if it didn't take sooo long just to actually get to it. All of the in-app purchase, minigames, and event popups are ridiculous and a MASSIVE annoyance. The game would be near perfect aside from that, but there is no way to stop it from happening. It's ridiculous.

This game becomes costly very quickly. Around level 25 the cost to play each level increases significantly as well as any aides. The same is true of the stars needed to get puzzle pieces. Not coincidentally, as the cost goes up the ability to pass levels gets difficult to pass without help; this occurs around level 30. There are far better options for Solitaire game play, but if you are a diehard Disney fan you will enjoy the cute and colorful graphics. I deleted around level 45.

Game is cute & fun. No ads. Love it. Originally downloaded it so my kid would improve with numbers. But you can't progress without spending REAL money. Never enough time to finish challenges without spending REAL money. I have put so much real money into this game, I refuse to do so anymore. To earn coins the free way takes forever, so I only get to play like once every 2 days. My son has lost interest in playing, he waits for me to earn enough stars or puzzle pieces so he can do that part.

it's a fun game, BUT....you have these bonus "film" things that you have to watch an ad to get the stuff. And while I don't mind the ad, I DO mind that it is constantly kicking me to the play store after the ad, and then when I try to get out of that, it's booted me out of the game and starts over. Getting pretty frustrating when I'm just trying to get some bonus stuff.

While fun to play, this game absolutely is pay-to-win. I went from 100,000 coins to not being able to play any game. You get down to one or two cards and seven or eight left in your deck, and yet NOT able to pull a card to finish the puzzle. Meanwhile, other puzzles will rifle off a ton of applicable cards in a row that somehow seem to match every card on the board. This game doesn't let you stay successful for very long, all in an attempt to get you to spend your money on bonuses. GREED.
