Don't bother downloading this game. All the 5 stars are from the past when the game was fun. The update was ok, not great, but the current situation of not offering boosters, reduced time on the occasional booster, and the difficulty to move ahead and play side games is awful. They ask for opinions on game and ignore all the bad comments. No one is happy. Find another game, this one is not fun anymore.

welp the build islands renewed and your prices didn't go down on your purchase offers. super bummer. you're losing a player who actually spends money on your game. I don't have a lot of money in this day in age and this economy and I'm sure I'm not the only one struggling. it's utterly ridiculous there's now no way to advance because you're greedy AF. don't download this game unless you're ok with multiple days of not being able to play and don't waste your money. you'll just be disappointed.

I may have spoken to soon, love the game don't love that when you get further in the levels you have to collect so many items to clear one objective and it takes forever waiting on enough energy to accomplish anything. you will definitely get frustrated thinking that your the only one that is having trouble and you think your missing something or did something wrong and you just don't know but don't worry you will have plenty of time to think about it. you will have time to go back and explore

I spent alot of time and money building up my farm. Was away from it for awhile and we came back my farm was gone and a new format took its place. I tried it for awhile but it does not make sense. So it is good bye, if you bring back the old format with my farm I will come back. I am sure you can enhance the game without completely changing the format.

I love this game but in order to finish any event you have to spend money and it's hard to get the things you need to upgrade your village constantly. edited I dislike the new version of this game it takes forever to update and tier up im tired of having to do the competitions cause unless you spend money uour never going to finish them I used to love this game but now thinking of Uninstalling. they say they redid the game for better game play but it seems to me it was to make more money 💰.

I love this game! its beautiful. the only thing thats not the greatest is that it takes foreverrrr to complete tasks in the adventures. creating certain items requires so much energy & I dont spend money on games so its kinda just upsetting a little when you wanna play but then you cant complete anything because its almost impossible :( other than that such a beautiful game!

Redownloaded after a long break. yesterday/today I used more than 2,000+ energy for resources like clay,rocks,grass,etc, before realizing that NO resource was credited. How much energy was used before that with no credit of resources? SMH..I chatted w/ support,now waiting for a response. I logged in just now to see if it's been fixed, no luck. I tested 79 of my energy for clay & It's still happening. What a disappointment after being excited about the changes and updates.

The game has its challenges. The quests in the other islands are fun but unrealistic to finish. I feel I spend time and energy there and I can't complete the quests because they are too challenging. Some of the items are hard to find and the description on how to get them sometimes doesn't make sense. Update: I continued to play this game because I like challenges and this game had potential. I was right!! With every update, this game has gotten better. I play it daily.

they really cheat you out of money on this game. the game is fun,but I don't know how many times I've spent money and was missing an item from an event. all for customer support to act dumb about it and not reimburse you for the missing items after spending money! I just spent 17 dollars to finish an event and was supposed to get a joker card to finish a set without getting the joker chest. i asked for support help,and they say they can't look up my missing items and can't help. don't play this!

I've been cheated out of items at the sewing machine. I've gathered triple the number of resources so I could craft 3 at once, but then I only get 1 -- twice with apple backpacks, twice making white ribbons, once making the totems. I'm also very aggravated that after the first day playing, I can no longer find stones to harvest. I have to reach tier7 to start harvesting again, but the upgrades needed to get to tier 7 all require a lot of stones. They seem to be trying to get $ by frustating user

3 stars for an average free game. Slow to get items and level up because energy runs out. Nothing to do after energy runs out. Even buying energy does not last long. Not horrible and I'll keep playing for a while. *UPDATE I am glad I kept playing. It was a matter of prioritizing which tasks I wanted to accomplish. I have 3 similar games and this is my second favorite. I do play the game between 15 to 20 times a day. It's the only way to obtain enough energy to keep it interesting.

I've lost count of how many annoying popups I've had just within 20 seconds. One tap to collect one resource and three new events pop up. One more tap and there are 3 buildings to complete. One more tap and there is another island to complete. SLOW DOWN!! I have NO IDEA what the heck I am supposed to be doing! Too much going on for me. I'm way behind before I ever really started and I won't spend $ to try and catch up as it already proves it will be a constant requirement. Not for me.

I was enjoying the game before the update. It allowed you to gather resources from other islands and allowed you to choose to use them on your islands or use it to progress the other islands. Now, I can barely upgrade my island, structure, or produce items in a timely manner. Now, the bulletin board that offers resources doesn't offer a wide choice, and it's mostly wood. Not stone or iron, which is mainly required for everything. I believe this update was made to force people to spend money.

I have been playing this game for a while, I love how easier it is to complete main island quests. However; since the last time I was forced to update the game, I keep getting the same message, "Oops, something went wrong." Then the app forces close and opens back up. It's been like two weeks....fix it!!! It's also frustrating the number of times this game needs to be updated. We dont need so many different adventures at one time. And let's get those other islands opened by now.

I freaking, ABSOLUTELY, LOVE this game!! I downloaded it today and have not set my phone down at all! Thank you for such a great game! Thank you for all your hard work and time into this game!! EDIT: I love the colors, the graphics, the limited ads (honestly I don't think I have seen one except when I wanna open a chest), the cost of things, how quickly you regain energy. I can go on and on. I hope you give this game a shot, you WILL be hooked!!

This was once an enjoyable game with main island quest lines and optional side island lines. Side island lines were more so pay to win unless you built up quite a bit of energy beforehand but you had options. This game is now "Pay to Play". By far the most expensive "free" game I've seen in my life. Every other week they roll out a new set of islands that will cost you a ridiculous amount of money to complete and even worse the materials no longer work on your home island. very disappointed.

I hate the update. Some good things are larger storage, faster food growth, quicker items being made, simplifying the order board, & an additional resource (beaver). The negatives are, taking away items already earned in previous versions, adding a cow feed bag, & limiting rocks, sticks, & clay to home island. Adventure stuff looks the same, but not, for ex. it's granite not rocks. That beaver is stingy & you can't get what you need, slowing progress. Regeneration is slow. The game is not fun.

I just un-installed this game. It was an enjoyable build game I could relax with. Now? With the massive change of the game, I found frustrating and much more expensive than it originally was. Yes I spent hundreds over 2 years. Now it's a mandating spend to play. Beavers Grove is ridiculous & all the headway I had made previously, just gone. I understand updating. But this? This game just went full pay to play. It was fun while it lasted.

I used to love this game and have been playing it every now and then for years! Then, I took a break for about a month due to being busy to come back and see the new update. My entire home island map has been ruined! I now have more buildings than I did before but fewer things to make than before? It's like the person making the game just said here and scattered everything in one area. Also, don't see a point to the beaver corner?? I had been working on my progress for years, I'm so disappointed

I like the game, but it's really frustrating when it's going to take 50,000 energy to make 10 of one item. I don't spend money, so sometimes it takes days to do one thing. Then, you can't get enough resources to make things to upgrade the home island. Also, the mysterious doors where you can get lots of energy are hard to open. Some need like 18 each of shovels, axes, and keys! Update: new set of islands are even worse! No more gifts of energy. I'm about ready to remove the game.
