Been playing Gemini for a couple months now. It’s basically an interactive poem and video game where you control two stars flying through the heavens together. The graphics are super pretty and the gameplay is kind of like dancing – you have to move the stars in sync to explore the dreamlike world and overcome obstacles.
There’s a bunch of cool features like the absorbing narrative that’s told without words, and you can even unlock special two-player modes after finishing the single player campaign. And the music and sound design are also really haunting and immersive.
Look, if you’re into artsy, abstract games with a focus on exploration and mood, you’ll probably dig Gemini. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever and it does get a bit repetitive after a while. But overall it’s a solid experience that’s worth checking out.
