Description
Been playing Home Run High for a couple months now. It’s basically a sports-themed strategy game where you build up your high school baseball team. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: You can train your players by assigning them practice drills. There’s also facilities you can build like batting cages and dorms. It’s got a cool clan system too where you team up with friends to take on other schools. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s a pretty deep game.
Look, if you’re into sports sims or base-building games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads get kinda annoying. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a new strategy game to sink your teeth into.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Home Run High. I've tested a bunch of sports management games and this one's pretty solid. There's a good amount of strategic depth without being super overwhelming. And the graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. Best part is it's free to play and you don't really need to spend money to enjoy it. On the downside, I've found the progression can get grindy at higher levels and the ads do get intrusive if you don't pay. But if you're a fan of the genre, I'd say it's worth giving it a shot.
