Been playing Idle Landlord Sim for a couple months now. It’s basically a tycoon game where you buy properties, upgrade the rooms, and rent them out to make money. Pretty solid app if you’re into this kind of simulation stuff.
Here’s what you do: you start off with a single rental property and slowly build up your real estate empire. There’s a bunch of upgrades you can do to each room to attract higher-paying tenants. And you can expand to new locations to grow your portfolio – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you’re into idle/tycoon games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a casual real estate sim.
