Reviews for Isekai:Slow Life

The game itself is enjoyable and fun to play, it does have a lot of pay to play aspect to it. The only thing I have a problem with is no matter what after like 5 minutes or so the game lags and starts freezing up and caused the game to be less fun. At first I thought it was because I had low battery but once I played with a full battery it still lags and freezes up and really makes me want to drop the game because it happens constantly.

I like the game and characters, but it... crashes... all... the... time. Literally, you can not get through one task in the game without it crashing at least once. Doing your dailies? It's going to crash probably 5 times. Participating in an event? 10 times, at minimum, if you're lucky. This doesn't happen with any other game I have on my phone.

I saw a AD for this game while playing something else. showed 2 characters, a human looking male and a blue skinned female, male touches her leg, she gets excited and drags him off against his will... thought the game was going to have potential scenes where you have action options where funny moments like that could happen... But it's more of a dull, built up a town & make cash game... So far .. Upset by the misleading ad. 🤬 Not a bad game... but, for me, rather MEH.

My old review is now inaccurate, so im writing a new one. After a year (plus a few months) of playing daily, it just became boring. I dreaded doing my "dailies" on this game, and eventually just stopped playing because of it. I wasted a LOT of money on this game, and only spent money on it because I thought it WOULDN'T get old after just one year. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Fun game, but considering how repetitive it eventually gets, not one worth wasting your money on.

I'm rlly addicted to this game so far.it's been great playing it.the only problem is it is very $ hungry. you don't have 2 spend $ but it's really hard not 2.And I know that's by design but still I wish it wasn't like that. like every little thing that has something going on has something that you can buy and it's usually $15 or more. there was an event recently and if I would have just bought the $15 pack for the complete access to the prizes then I prob would got the character I wanted😢

This is the type of game you forget what you had to do because theres so much to catch up on. Early levels are fun, story has quality, characters are creative. Late game is slowed down, event ranks are for whale players, and gems are absurdly over priced. No way a character should cost 100 to maybe get. Its a fun game but the greediest Ive seen in price farming.

I really enjoy playing this game. It doesn't shove any adds down your throat in fact I've never run into any adds while playing, and you can be free to play if you want. The minigames are very fun and rotate weekly. There are always new things to do, and new stories and characters to fall in love with. Lately they have been adding more activities you can do as a group or with your guild. If you like RPG's and want a fun way to pass the time on your phone I really recomend this game.

This game has a fantastic story, great characters, and fun gameplay, but the cost is a major problem. The gacha system is predatory, demanding hundreds of dollars for a tiny chance at a new character. The increasing number of "LIMITED-TIME" events only makes it worse, creating pressure to spend a fortune before you miss out entirely. 😤

Used to be a nice relaxing game, but it's becoming more and more a pay to win game. Drop rates have gone down, any new events you HAVE to buy the pass to even get close to drawing the prize, and old events start on top of others so it's hard to have enough crystals to buy extra stamina so you can actually earn them at a reasonable pace. very disappointed, not sure I'll play much longer.

I have been playing this game for a few months and it is really fun sometimes but the repetition starts to get boring. Upgrading my fellows is now way too pricey and getting new pets is almost impossible unless you want to spend money to get the good gold ones to catch the better pets. They do update it often which is nice but realistically its a game you play once in a while.

ok so I've played this for about a week now. the good: great visuals, lots of mini activities, plenty to keep you busy and lots of events. the bad: so many micro transactions, and expensive ones too. it's impossible to get decent rewards without spending money, even if you try to be patient and ration your time because the events are designed to not only provide partial rewards if you don't pay. the cost of any pass Is $15 to $30, and there are 5+ passes at any given time. its so money heavy.

after playing for almost a year now. I love the concept and even the mini games and of course the characters. but I feel the game is unbalanced no matter how much time I put in I can't compete with half the people in events. I've also put money into it and it hasn't helped me get even close to getting some of the characters and some games are impossible to get the limited characters unless spending more then 100$ which insanely greedy for a character in a game.

started off great, able to get all characters without spending money, just time and hard work. then they added limited characters that you can only get by spending 300+ and now artifacts that cost 1k and up. It's not worth the cash grab was in the beginning. Heck, I spent on the game then, but I won't anymore. Lots of us are leaving because the devs don't care about the players.

Overall I enjoy the game. It's not combat-oriented. There's a lot to do so I don't get bored (but the constant events can be overwhelming). I like the characters. Some characters can feel overtly sexualized, wish is sometimes bothersome. There are no required ads. The dev team takes player input seriously, offering periodic surveys. There is definitely a pay-to-win advantage and the cost is steep compared to what you get. I'm all for the dev team getting paid, but it could be more accessible.

It was fine at the beginning and I got to the point where I could easily rank in the top 50 in events but then they started adding more and more servers to the cross server ranked events. There are usually 6 servers in the events now and it's just about impossible to get in the top 100 unless your p2w. It's really annoying for f2p or the occasional spender. I've been on everyday usually 5 or 6 times throughout the day so to put in all this work only to get little reward makes it a waste of time

This game, like many others, suffers from fake ADosis, while they reflect different genres, it's a simple city (village) builder with added mechanics. It's OK, but after a while you can see that progression and pacing in the game are somewhat all over the place. Progress too fast and the game gives you an npc that you met "weeks ago" and they give you a quest... only to have a little later a quest where you have just met them. Talk to this npc two times and *BAM* married! 😵‍

It's all too much. There's multiple events going on, each having a 10-30$ pass. I use to be able to save up free gems to get decently ahead in each event but now I can't even get by. It's a shame cause I really love this game but it feels like the devs are just too money hungry. Please go back to only running one event at a time!

Decent game, though as of right now, my main issue is that even if you pick to play as a girl, you're still referred to as a boy throughout the game. It's kind of annoying. What's the point of playing as a girl if everyone refers to me as a boy? I picked Will but they keep saying Gina. I'm disappointed but not surprised in the designs of the girls... Every day I pray for a game that doesn't sexualize its female characters. Also, there is a lack of male characters... I want to romance men too!

It was fun for a while! Then they made it a money mule. My bf and I both spent hundreds of dollars on it just to keep up and only needed up in a higher guild when everyone else quit. I got an ad saying they started introducing people from the REAL world into it, which is the least isekai thing you can get. I was considering going back but I think my magic time with it has passed. Edit: The ads are so wrong. Very AI generated ads. Not the gameplay at all

I really like the game I just wish the dialogue was consistent. I'm a girl playing as a girl and everyone except the male family members refers to me as if I'm a man. even in the main storyline. it reads as if this is a game aimed at men and playing as a woman was an afterthought. if you're gonna make it playable for both genders at least have the dialogue match.
