So here's my honest take on LIMBO. I've tested a bunch of indie adventure games and this one's definitely up there. The art style and sound design create such an eerie, unsettling vibe that sucks you in. The puzzles are clever and satisfying to figure out, even if they can be frustratingly difficult at times. Honestly though, the best part is just exploring this twisted, mysterious world they've built. It's not a perfect game - some of the deaths feel a little cheap and unfair - but the overall experience is really compelling. If you're in the mood for something dark and different, LIMBO is definitely worth your time.

Description

I’ve been playing LIMBO for a couple months now. It’s basically a creepy, atmospheric puzzle-platformer where you play as a little boy trying to survive in this weird, ominous world. The game’s got this really unique black-and-white, almost sinister look to it that sets the tone perfectly.

There’s all sorts of environmental puzzles to figure out – you’ll be moving platforms, avoiding deadly traps, and trying not to get crushed, electrocuted, or drowned. The controls are simple but the challenges can get pretty tough. And there’s these really eerie, unsettling moments where you’re not sure what’s going to happen next. Keeps you on your toes for sure.

Look, LIMBO’s not for everyone – it’s a bit dark and disturbing at times. But if you’re into moody, atmospheric games with a twist, you’ll probably love it. The story’s open to interpretation, which is cool. Overall it’s a really solid indie adventure that’s worth checking out.

Fun, beautiful, and intriguing, but only 4 stars because I wanted more story. This seems more like a concept pitch than a full game. The puzzles were adequately difficult and...
