Been playing Love & Pies – Merge Mystery for a couple months now. It’s basically a puzzle game where you help this cafe owner named Amelia uncover secrets in her town. There’s a whole storyline about someone burning down her family’s cafe, and you gotta do some sleuthing to figure out who did it. Sounds pretty juicy, right?
The main gameplay is merging ingredients to make baked goods and serve customers. There’s also a part where you can renovate and decorate your own cafe, which is kinda fun. And you can unlock new rooms and areas as you progress through the story. It’s got a lot going on, but it doesn’t feel too overwhelming.
Look, if you’re into story-driven puzzle games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay, and the upgrades take forever at higher levels. But overall it’s a pretty solid time-killer with an interesting mystery to uncover.
