So here's my take on LUNA The Shadow Dust. I've tested a bunch of point-and-click adventure games, and this one stands out for its gorgeous, handcrafted visuals and the way it tells its story without any words. The puzzles are challenging but fair, and I liked how they gradually got more complex. Didn't blow me away, but it's a solid, polished game that really immerses you in its world. If you're looking for a change of pace from typical mobile games, give this one a shot.

Description

Been playing LUNA The Shadow Dust for a couple months now. It’s basically a hand-drawn point-and-click puzzle game with a really cool, wordless story. Basically, you play as this young boy and his companion as they try to solve puzzles and uncover the mysteries of this ancient tower. The visuals are stunning – it’s all done with gorgeous 2D animation, and the soundtrack is beautiful too.

The gameplay is pretty straightforward – you explore the environments, interact with objects, and solve puzzles to progress the story. There’s a good amount of variety in the puzzle types, and they can be a real head-scratcher sometimes. But it never feels unfair or too hard. And the way the story unfolds through the visuals is really well done. Didn’t take me too long to get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into adventure games and appreciate beautiful art, you’ll probably dig LUNA The Shadow Dust. It’s not perfect – the pacing can feel a bit slow at times, and there’s not a ton of replay value. But overall, it’s a really solid, unique experience that’s worth checking out.
