I've been playing this game for years and never have I had it crash as often as it has for the past week. since the new update, I MIGHT get a game in out of five without it crashing midgame. The match continues while I try to log back in only for it to crash each time I try, so I lose. Admittedly, I'm not the best player, but I would like to lose on my own terms, not because the game crashes all the time. I play multiple times daily, so fix it please!

Normally, I love this game for what it is: a quick and easy Magic fix. I like brawl especially with it basically being just a a faster pace with a commander to build around. The issue with this? The game is entirely unplayable as of the new release. No matter what I try, every time I queue up, no matter what the spell is I try to play, the second I do, the game crashes and errors out whenever I try to restart it, just doing the same thing. Genuinely awful after putting money into a game I enjoy.

poor design. if you check a message or switch to another app for any reason, you lose connection, and the game is over. the load time is so long that I've stopped playing it because unless you play consistently, there seems to be a 5 minute update. Everyone, you open the app unless you're on wifi. even when there isn't an update, it takes 30-60 seconds just to load in. there is no offline play function. if you dont have internet connection, you cant even play against the computer.

If they stopped forcing Alchemy down my throat, this would be a 5 star app. Otherwise, I find the experience of Arena extremely convenient, fun, and finally quite stable. Be warned: It cost a lot of money to get my collection to where it is, and I've been playing since the game launched, so I'm not sure how a new player is supposed to ever catch up.

The app crashes all the time and if you're in an event or ranked game it counts as a loss. I went 7-1 in a draft with the 1 loss being a crash that I documented with several screenshots. The customer Service people completely ignored my request for the 7-0 achievement, and then when I wouldn't let it go one of their supervisors (Jacob) said they "don't have an option to provide that achievement to your account". I've emailed 3 times since then 9/3 w/ no response.

I genuinely love playing the game.... when I actually get to play it. Repeatedly crashes at random. I literally just tried to load into a match. The game crashed as soon as it made the 'ding' sound to alert me that it had found an opponent. I try to hurry up and reload the game, and it just crashes over and over until the match is over. I would submit a ticket or something via the game itself, but the game is still crashing, so I can't even do that.

I love this game. I used to play the original version all the time years ago. I was happy to find this version so I could get back into it. However, I can't. This game's coding is more complex than it needs to be to the point it's unplayable on both my Samsung Galaxy devices, phone and tablet. As such, I have to give it two stars. I've tried adjusting the game settings and the settings on my devices. Nothing helps or fixes my issues. I wish I could include a screenshot of what little gameplay.

Fix your game! I keep running into situations where a valid spell that I have the mana to cast randomly isn't available to cast, often when I planned ahead and saved an instant for turning the tables, and it is the absolute most frustrating way to lose. People have been reporting similar issues with various cards for years, but the company makes it hard to submit a bug report. I tried, all I got was a page missing error. Clown shoes.

extremely buggy. Half of your games you will end up crashing, or your opponent will and then you will be timed out and lose the match. Sometimes you can load back in your match, but it's very inconsistent, and even if you do you've already missed a few turns which is pretty much a guaranteed loss. In casual play it's no big deal, but when you play draft (which you pay for) you only are allowed a limited number of losses, so you're just SOL at that point. Great when it works, sadly it rarely does

App constantly crashes, has been this way for the past six months, and despite multiple updates, it still hasn't improved. Some cards don't work the way they are supposed to, and instead of fixing these issues, they continue to push overpriced season passes, cosmetics, and 90 pack bundles. If you play MTG DO NOT play this. You are better off with manual apps like Untap.in or others.

The game continues to update but does not get better. It still disconnects if you switch (unintentionally or not) from wifi to phone network. No other mobile game I have played does that and I play both Yugioh titles. Magics mobile game is just inferior in that regards and that is one of the most important things required for a stable mobile experience. The game can become unresponsive, glitch out, and gain tons of visual issues. I am playing on a high-end gaming phone. I expect better.

super buggy. I have near perfect connection for any other game, this game has bugs that prevent me from even completing tutorial. it never produces the 3 blockers from casting an instant in tutorial round 4... irritating and a waste until the bugs are addresses. seems like it won't be worth much due to server connection once the bugs are worked out anyways, what a shame.

Since the new set came out this is the worst this game has ever been! There is something wrong with the card shuffling algorithm like I've been letting support know. There's no way that pretty much every game since the last update that I can't get a decent hand. I'm having to mulligan three or four times before I get a usable hand and that wouldn't happen in real life. If I could I would get a refund on all the hundreds of dollars I've dropped on this game.

Overall, not bad. Biggest complaint? There's a point where you're given access to dual color decks, and have the option to use them in games, and should you win the game, you gain access to the cards in that deck and customize them. The problem is, you're not always going against other dual color starter decks, so you're often outclassed, so winning with these decks becomes more luck than anything else.

It's Magic the Gathering alright. One stars because the app is buggy is hell WOTC sucks- Constantly has to connect to the server to load a menu, to connect to the next server to load the next menu- Saves space on your phone but eats up Internet to compensate. Some cards end up in your hand every single game, while others you'll forget you put in your deck, I'm not sure what's going on under the hood, but some cards are ALWAYS in starting hand, way more than naturally should happen. #WOTCsucks

I love the game. I'm playing on mobile, but the game runs fine. My issue is when I go to connect with my brother to play with our decks, we sit at a loading screen for 3 hours. I also wish they let us draw a pack of our choice a day like pokemon TCGP. There's so many magic card out in the world that it wouldn't be a bug deal if they did this. edit: I found out that you have to complete the tutorial. There's a button that says skip all tutorials.

This app has consistently lost connection to the server, dropping mid game and resulting in a loss. It is bad enough to be borderline unplayable in the context of a draft or tournament, where reliability of connection is essential. It will also lose connection while I'm browsing my card collection, which is a waste of time, though not "unusable".

Excellent way to play MTG on the go. Would be 4 stars but at the moment the app is crashing everytime I click on the store and now I'm afraid of spending what little currency I have on sealed or draft only to lose due to crashing. In general, there should be an option to reduce the additional animations because they run slow on many devices.

This app crashes ALL THE TIME. I cannot emphasize this enough. When I play on mobile, I have to disconnect from wifi first, because if there's even one second of connectivity issues, the game crashes. Best case scenario, I'm able to close and reopen the app in time for my turn, but not always. And sometimes it just kicks me out of a match for no reason! It did this during a draft match and counted it as a loss. I love Magic, but this app sucks

This app is entirely nonfunctional. I have been trying for 2 days and haven't even been able to get to the home page. It seems to be in nearly a constant state of reconnecting. It cannot reconnect and it says to restart the app. When you do that, there is a 50/50 chance of getting the black screen of death or the reconnecting error once more. Once in a blue moon you get to the login screen... to then have the reconnecting error again. Entirely unplayable. Literally.
