I've been playing this game for years and it's been fun (5 stars), but recently the game won't load for long periods of time. The game randomly closes out, and in the worse times like in a fight or AQ/AW ruining things not just for you but your team as well. I've tried using different phones and tablets to download the app it doesn't seem to make a difference, the game still closes on me. It's getting to the point of deciding on continuing to play a game with that makes it so difficult to play.

This game is a complete pay to win style of game. Once you reach a certain point in the game it is impossible to complete without spending some serious money. The only bugs that ever get fixed are ones that benefit the players, anything else goes months with the only answer being "we are looking into it". The crystal system for getting new characters is a joke as 9 times out of 10 your going to get a junk character unless you are a big spender. Avoid this game unless you have deep pockets and are looking for a way to spend your money.

Update: Some improvements in awards have been made, but still cautious. Been playing this game for almost two years. It was great for awhile but honestly I feel the developer is trying to cash out. Kabam has destroyed the game. The game play has changed and now is so inconsistent. I've spent money on the game for good deals to build my champs, but now there is so many cheap shots and unavoidable damage hoping to entice you to spend even more money. At end game level it is pay to win.

Fun enough, a lot of characters to choose from, if you can get them. HUGE issue with the game CONSTANTLY glitching and just straight crashing. I can't tell ya'll how many times I'm in the middle of playing and the game will just close out. Then when you log back in only 1 or 2 times does it recover your fight and the other 8 or 9 times, you're at half health and the defender is back at full.

Frustrating!! It is nearly impossible to get new characters. It was fun for the 1st month, but getting new characters is a random process. I haven't gotten a good new character in the last 75 opportunities. I keep getting duplicates, and I don't have that many. Don't bother spending time trying to get new characters. It's not worth it. Edit 11/14/19 This game is still screwing me over with lame characters. This game has great characters, but you never get the ones you want. Seriously annoying.

The game itself is super fun, but there are some big negatives about it. The constant barage of push notifications is annoying, but the most annoying thing ablut the game is how often it tries to push you into spending money. It seems like every few matches it pushes a "special get this now for only...!!" on you that requires two popups to get rid of because they want to make sure you dont want to miss out on this special to spend money... They will/do constantly try to get your money...

Difficulty just means the computer will insta block you and attack you faster than you can react. Be prepared to learn the 20 different types of currency needed to do anything. example. want to upgrade your champion? well you need gold and iso for that. until they reach a certain level, then you need to rank up in order to continue to level. you need catalyst (all off different types and levels themselves) to do that. bottom line. mediocre game designed to suck money in order to advance faster.

It's a great way to kill time while exploring entertaining and challenging storylines. Battlegrounds can be as rewarding as it is frustrating. Try not to put all of your eggs in one basket. Instead, spread them out. This way, your roster grows more fully and evenly. As opposed to having your favorite character being a powerhouse, and the rest of your team getting flatlined when the starting bell rings. I'm still waiting for my achievements for completing Acts 1 and 2... It's been almost a year.

Pay to play, whale to progress. I played this game for 4 years after launch. I hit a pay wall and couldn't get past it without having to buy at least $100 worth of crystals. After that I hit a whale wall and refused to keep going. Theres certain champs you need for certain parts and you won't get them without buying hundreds of dollars worth of gold to summon with. I stopped playing after they introduced 5* heros. It was damn near impossible to get a single 5* without buying a bunch of stuff.

The cost of in-game purchases is ridiculous. The rates need to come down, its asinine to pay 1000 units... 1500 units... for package. When you look at the cost of units and understand the "exchange rate" to real money, it's ridiculous. Value is in what customers are willing to pay... a majority of customers are F2P and not whales. Often you have to pay to stay relevant in the game and that's the most frustrating part, unless you can spend your whole life only playing a game.

this game was by far the best I had ever played, but it is quickly becoming unplayable. the controls don't work over 1/2 the time. they refuse to fix issues.just keep adding content that slows game down even more. I have played every day for 8 years and have so much invested in this game. if u have not downloaded this game, avoid it like the plaque. it's made by money hungry jerks that leave glitches that benefit them. but if it's a glitch that benefits the player, it's fixed in minutes.

Love this game!! Been playing for about 8-9 years, and it still has me hooked. Great amount of champions, and the list is forever growing. Not pay2win, but it definitely does help. My only criticism would be that the drop rates in the crystals is extremely low. Highly recommend for everyone, especially fans of the Marvel franchise.

Game is designed to get you hooked then spit in your face. I've been enjoying it so much up until these past few days. Chapter 5 has the most legendary difficulty spike in the history of gaming and you will not progress unless you spend. Despicable! so unbelievably frustrating. Please understand that you must spend money if you wanna continue playing beyond a certain point...

Input drops. AI doing the impossible. Pay-for-an-advantage. Monthly update introudces bugs. Old bugs may get fixed. Starting is fun, but progress and it is stressful. Games are suppose to be relaxing but it's not. Boss fights eats up potions which you have to buy. You'll be pressured to do every single thing. If you don't will missing out on a thing that is required. They sprinkle the parts in each mini games. RNG with bad odds. Insufficent information in the game; need to search Youtube/forum.

I've played this game on and off for about 8 years. At first the game was great and I loved the fighting style, there weren't many characters though. Stopped playing probably 5 years ago, and picked it back up a couple of years ago. Loved everything they had changed, more characters, updated combat style, everything. Stopped playing due to life after about a year. Re downloaded yesterday, the number of bugs is absolutely appalling. Tried playing this morning server completely down. DO BETTER!!!!

THIS IS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!! IT WILL DRAIN YOUR ITEMS AND YOUR WALLET DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DO NOT PLAY!!!!! This game is becoming harder and harder to play, you have to buy everything at a very high price, they have a monthly fee called SIGIL, that they trick you with ridiculous rewards, the game is very repetitive, at least they should add more scenerys to the game and make it more attractive and being a little less lucrative since you have to pay a lot for the cool stuff.

I’ve played MCOC for years because it was fun and relaxing, not frustrating. The latest update completely changes that—it makes logging in feel discouraging instead of rewarding. Please reconsider this change or provide options for players who enjoy steady progression. If not, I may have to stop playing, which is heartbreaking after so many years of loyalty.

If you dont invest money in this game you will be slow to progress and will find yourself getting frustrated because much of the content is far too difficult and confusing due to so many game modes. Pay to win scenarios will present themselves far too often and what they want to charge for most store items is beyond absurd!! Kabaam like so many other companies have proven themselves to be the epitome of greed!!

I've been playing this game for about 7 years now, but now I'm seriously thinking about deleting my account for good!!! You people have made the game so much harder but instead of giving your loyal players better rewards since you increased the difficulty you decided to make the rewards much worse!!! it's crazy how I can lose a fight without getting hit! I enjoyed playing this game but now I'm truly thinking about deleting it! you people have ruined a great game cuz you got greedy!!

Fun game that continues to add new content every month. A few issues like audio delay when using headphones. Occasional unresponsive controls when you have been playing for a while. Dexterity and Parry abilities don't always activate like they're supposed to. A few of the new champions cause the frame rate to drop significantly compared to before. My phone can handle the game at 60 fps just fine for long play sessions except when using a few of the newer champions.
