So here's my honest take on MLB Rivals. I've tested a bunch of baseball strategy games and this one's pretty solid. The gameplay is deep enough to keep you engaged, but not so complex that it's overwhelming. I like the 2025 theme and the ability to collect player cards from legends. Graphics look great too. The clan battles are probably the best part - really fun to team up with friends and take on other groups. On the downside, the progression can get grindy if you don't pay, and it does get a little repetitive after a while. But overall, I'd say it's one of the better free-to-play baseball sims out there.

Description

Been using MLB Rivals for a couple months now. It’s basically a baseball strategy game where you build up your team and play against other players online. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: You can collect different player cards and level them up, then put together a lineup to take on other teams. There’s also a clan system where you team up with friends and battle other clans. And the live events are pretty cool – you can compete in a 2025 MLB season and try to win the World Series. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s a nice feature.

Look, if you’re into baseball and strategy games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
