classic game. hunting is a bit tricky, but otherwise it's exactly as I remembered.

love this game!!! it's nice to find a retro game from my childhood. The only thing is I wish the controller for mobile phones were better

its great but the save feature is rather busted. if you leave the window for a few mimutes and come back your save is 100% gone and you gotta start from the beginning.

I rarely buy anything, but this is just the old game...perfectly for an app! totally worth it! no ads, no internet required after initial startup.

Fantastic game bringing back a lot of memories. Controls are fine for adapting to a phone, no issues/bugs, and cannot be at the price.

It's pretty cool if you grew up in the 90s you will remember this from school. Hunting needs work but brings back memories of 2nd grade 😭. 😊

I've loved playing this! I never played the original, and this gives me quite a sense for it. for the price ($2), it's absolutely worth it for the timing and experience.

This game takes me back to 2nd grade and is literally the OG game! I'm really impressed with how flawlessly the game runs. I've already played it numerous times and am so happy to have come across it!

price should be $1 because its an ability to play on phone offline and apparently controler for hunting. but it is what it claims to be! Oregon trail old school original edition for offline phone play!

Way too tedious to play, the controls should just show up as buttons but you have to type in specific things and the keyboard is tedious to use / the response when you use something that you're not able to creates irritation when it happens over and over.

great game. I never had the chance to play when I was younger so I wanted to give it a shot. my only issue is that there is no function to save your progress. I rarely have time to play all the way through in one sitting so it would be nice to pick up where I left of but other than that. absolute banger.

thief stole 12 Oxe.. so I paid to ferry across the very first River and a thief steals all of my Ox in the middle of the night and I can't continue my journey anymore because there's no way to buy supplies and I only had somebody wanting to trade me bullets for a spare wagon wheel. the user interface is clunky hunting is bad and even though it has the nostalgic feel of the original game getting soft locked by a thief mechanic is dumb. also needs internet which doesn't make sense.

Spot on original Oregon Trail. It was fun, but the only complaint I have is when you ar hunting, it's pretty difficult to use the numbers to aim as it was based on an computer num pad and not a phone number pad. The on-screen controls only allow the cardinal directions, unless I'm missing something.

it's the original alright and like a lot of games using dos and older systems it brings a uniqueness from the time period of which everything sprung. interesting how spending millions of dollars to make triple A games to pleae the broadest audience possible still pales in comparison to a time when creativity and in depth story telling reigned supreme.

I love the game. Brings back memories. However, when I try to type in any names at the start, it would only type in one letter and no others. I've figured out to go back and forth between the controls and keyboard and typing a letter each time, but it can take a lot of time and is a bit annoying.

originally it worked great and was just like the game I grew up with, now it wont load and had some B.S. flashing on the screen. won't recognize when hitting buttons. maybe its Samsung update maybe they figured i already paid so it doesn't have to work. I don't know. p.s. I'm starting a petition to stop cellphone companies from changing anything other than security updates. they change and rewrite the software change the phone that we bought too something else and we are stuck in a contract

I think you should just make the controls the numbers and space bar. The controls you have are hardly used and you just keep going back and forth from your keyboard to the full screen of the game. Will give 5 stars if will work on the controls somehow ... Other wise great game brings me back to elementary school when it first came out! Thanks for the nostalgia!! ❤️🫶🏼😁
