I found this to be quite a fun game. the 2 stars is for blatant false advertising. I just saw an ad for this game showing a fairy mom stuck in a freezing house with 2 kids and playing a merging game to fix the place up. a cookie cutter ad we've all seen before that is nothing like the actual game. edit: had to lower my rating from 2 stars to 1 due to more false advertising. now their ads are saying this game can be played w/o wifi. BULL$#!+
Reviews for Panthia®: Magic & Merge Game
← Back to Panthia®: Magic & Merge GameIt's relaxing and enjoyable . I do get frustrated when I run out of energy and they send me messages to come back and enjoy the game , except they won't let me watch ads for more energy , but payment ads Pop up for me to purchase . I've learned My lesson on spending money on games I really like ! All and all though ? It's a really nice game to play .
The game is fun and I really enjoy it. I give it 3 stars and not higher as there are some glitches. The fireflies that float across with the extra prize that is either free or have to watch an ad don't work much of the time. It would be nice if once you get the wonder it clears the hidden parts of the board so you don't have to keep spending energy.
So far, it's great. 😁 Update...this has become my all-time favorite game! It takes place on islands so you don't go crosseyed trying to keep up with this huge area. You finish an island and go on to a new one. It has mini games that I absolutely love!!! The best part is there's NO stupid crops . Here's a little hint, save your rubies for the mini games because they're so much fun you'll want to keep playing. Although they give you plenty of energy, just in case you want a little more .
it WAS a great game, now it is just a money grab for the developers. Unless you are looking to spend your ENRIRE paycheck, and still get nowhere, you should keep moving. This game is a money pit. and to the response: the game is most certainly NOT mainly made to be enjoyed for free!!!! you can not do ANYTHING without spending (large amounts) money. how are you going to even suggest the game is made to play for free when you start with 100 bolts of energy, which chops two trees?!?! please
I enjoy the actual game itself, but the 50k pop ups for this event and this thing and to buy this is driving me insane. plus all the bubbles/ balloons prompting you to buy stuff are bigger than the other items and cover stuff up. I understand these things are ways to help keep the game running and updated, but it's so invasive. I have to close out of like 10 different pop ups everytime I open the game just to be able to click to enter the level.
Edit ; For 2 weeks none of my rewards for ads would play and there were so many for free energy. I couldn't advance in the game hardly at all. I reached out to the Facebook admins, customer support in the app and I emailed the developers. Not one person got back to me. No games I've ever played have not gotten back to me and compensated especially since I always buy boosters. It's too bad because it's a great game but no support at all? !! A lot of us are having this issue and are ready to go.
This is a cute merge game. Although as you progress in the game the shorter time you are able to play. It can be frustrating. Also, in the "Garden" area you are not able to make choices as you build, but are instead forced to use a hard to get item. More personalization in this area would make this game more enjoyable.
Panthia! Fun merge game. Perks. Bonus games (The time limit is too short. Please give us five days to complete). There's a decorating game included plus more. Each time I complete an island and awaken my Wonders, I look forward to the next island and conquering it. I do wish the graphics were a bit more interesting. They make the game seem old-fashioned in comparison to other newer merge games, so it may not be appealing to a younger generation.
Can't play for more 3 mins (or less) before you have to wait or pay to speed up, which gives a small amount of items, you're done with that in less than 15 seconds. I went to bed at 11pm and just went to start playing (12:30pm the next day) and the time still wasn't up, I had to use pay to speed them up. You'll be paying a lot of cash if you actually want to PLAY for more than a few minutes. uninstalled
This is a fun game, that you actually don't HAVE to spend money on. They actually give you the gems throughout the game, to use to purchase more energy, if you want to. It's a fun escape. My only complaint is that as you advance, you have to be strategic, as you don't have enough room to start higher levels. There isn't an option to trade in items that you have too many of, if you need to clear the board. That would make yhe game nicer.
What got me to try this game was an ad...there was a older guy talking about how there were not adds, making all kinds of promises I don't try lots of games but thought why not? First off, the graphics on the game play spots (the islands) were a bit reminiscent of playing on a Commodore 64 but I could have been cool with that. However even in the beginning you play for about 20 min and then all the free energy is out. Just not cool- at least give me enough energy to get hooked on the game first.
A no for me. The graphics is not that good. The rewards are not that exciting : 5 energy, 10 coins, a small treasure chest with nothing much inside. There's no other way to get more energy but to wait or use rubies (or pink diamonds? ). I have to press play multiple times, the game starts really slow. It is also really difficult to exit the game.
Boss of game pitching ad lies. Game needs wifi, free $100 of stuff is not given when you join game but over the course of the game (according to replies to other reviews), and it is not fun to play. Game gets annoying very fast, those damn bubbles and parachutes every time you match or build something are the worst. They are always in the way and when you try to move them you often buy them. Sucker's cash grab for sure. Every island gets more expensive and you never have enough room to match 5.
I really enjoy this game, my biggest issue is that you have to buy energy for events. the pieces take longer to grind, because they cost more energy and you only get 80 energy, which doesn't get you through one full item, unlike the rest of the game. If you want to move on with some parts, yes you have ads as an option for a little bit. But it's not forced on you, like other games. The extra bonus is that at least once a day, they give out freebies on Facebook!
Missing mechanic: Just like most other merge games available you can merge 3 of the same items to get 1 a level higher and 5 get 2. That is where it stops though. In other games like this, if you collect 10 it tends to give you 5, and 15 gets you 7-8. but this one doesn't. After five, it stays the same 5/2 ratio. I was sad to spend the last hour running numbers to figure this out. If you combine 1-2 more than a group of 5, you lose a piece that should be left over and get no more of a reward.
Unless you want to sink a lot of money into this game, it is very slow moving after the first couple of islands. The dialogue reads like a third grader learning English as a second language wrote it. It weren't for the horrendous amount of ads, it would be cute enough to ignore the grammatical errors, but wading through their cash grabs is enough for me to give up. Their premium rewards cost more than twice other similar games and you have to pay up to four times as often.
Edit: I dropped it down a star because every time I try to watch an ad to get a bonus item, the ad never plays on the first try, if at all. While I enjoy playing, the ad is deceptive. You NEED wi-fi to play, and I never got $100 worth of bonuses. The other thing is their islands. The more you play, the more energy consuming each tap becomes, sometimes 20 at a time, which decreases the time you can play w/o purchasing more energy.
Game does not reward bonus. I just placed first on a side compete with a nice reward and....nothing. The bonus side game cannot be completed without a (significant) in app purchase, simply not possible with the size of the map and items that need to be completed within the alloted time. Also...and more boringly predictable...on the main map every time I am close to completing an island all of a sudden the last item or 2 that I need to finish just stop dropping.
Love this game so far! It's a lot like other merge games but it's not stingy with the rewards, there are no ads bugging you, and so far it doesn't seem to be difficult to understand. My only issue is minor. Maybe it only bothers ME, but the blurriness behind the dialogue is distracting. It makes me feel like my eyes aren't working right lol Otherwise, great game! 😁🏆 Edited: The complaint about the store was user error. I was doing it wrong 🤭🤦🏻♀️😄
