Description
Been playing Passpartout: Starving Artist for a couple months now. It’s basically a game where you try to make it as an artist in the French art scene. Pretty solid if you’re into quirky sim games like this.
Here’s what you do: You paint your own artworks and then try to sell them to different customers. And there’s also an upgrade system where you can unlock fancier galleries and materials. And the soundtrack by Synkronosaurus is really cool – they’re like groovin’ dinosaurs or something.
Look, if you’re into artsy, offbeat games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can get grindy after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want something a bit different.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Passpartout: Starving Artist. I've tested a bunch of sim games and this one's pretty unique. And the whole struggling artist vibe is fun and the painting mechanics are satisfying. But it can get repetitive after a while, and the ads/IAPs are a bit annoying if you don't pay. Still, for a free game it's solid overall and I'd recommend it if you're looking for something quirky and creative.
