So here's my take on Prison Empire Tycoon－Idle Game. I've tested a bunch of these idle/simulation apps and this one's actually pretty decent. The gameplay loop of constantly upgrading and expanding your prison is really addictive. I like the strategic depth without it being overly complex. The graphics are nice and polished too. But it's not without its issues - the grind does get real at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay. Overall though, I'd say it's worth checking out if you're into this kind of game.
