So here's my take on Samurai by Reiner Knizia. I've tested a bunch of strategy games on mobile and this one is pretty darn good. The core gameplay loop is super addictive - building up your village, training troops, and raiding other players. It's got a ton of depth without being overwhelming. And the online clan battles are a really cool social element.

The graphics are polished and it runs smooth even on older phones. The free-to-play model is pretty fair too, you don't have to spend money to enjoy the full experience. My only real gripe is that the upgrade system gets grindy at higher levels. But if you're patient, you can definitely get a lot of fun out of this without paying. Overall, it's a great strategy game that I'd recommend to anyone who's into the genre.

Been playing this Samurai game by Reiner Knizia for a couple months now. It’s basically a classic strategy board game where you compete to control villages and cities in feudal Japan. You use hexagonal tiles to claim different areas and try to dominate food, religion, and military.

There’s a bunch of strategic depth here – you really gotta think ahead and balance your moves. You can play against the AI or challenge other players online. The online multiplayer is fun, you can team up with friends in clan battles. There’s also an asynchronous mode if you don’t wanna play in real-time.

Look, if you’re into strategy games, you’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a solid game that scratches that strategic itch. Worth checking out.
