Reviews for Space Shooter: Galaxy Attack
← Back to Space Shooter: Galaxy AttackI play the game a lot, and have had it on all my phones so far.My favorite is the co-op boss fight, but many players don't understand you fight as a team, not against each other.I like to use the Emojis in pVSp. but they could be better. Like lose the background & make them semi-transparant, so I can keep them on the screen & see through them. Also more winning combos in dice game. 😇 🙏😎
(edited review: more stars for developer response) offer wall after an offer wall (pop-up deals). UI is chaotic and convoluted. game is good but can be improved by giving this simple game a simple UI.
I also have to say that this game is very great. It also contains discounts like 50%. Not for telling this game bad but I Seriously need Thunder ship in this game.
A pay to win scam game. It starts at regular upgrading to no upgrades at all. They want you addicted and feel like you have to spend your money.
The game is broken for me now. It's been 4 days since I played it, but after an update I get an error screen coming up, that says "HACK DETECTED!". I can't play the game anymore, even though I downloaded and installed the game from the play store. I've never hacked anything. Can a developer take a look? UPDATE: I can assure you I have never downloaded or installed any app that is not in the official play store. Last night I uninstalled this app and reinstalled it. That seems to have fixed it.
No accessibility features. Cannot move the spaceship completely from top to bottom or side to side in a single swipe.
It's fun but, It starts to get to a stage where you gotta start paying to further your progress or get stuck for years, slowly ranking up ships and earning coins through the game rather than paying for coins and crystals and packs that will boost your levels dramatically. Just shows really, to progress and keep up with the more casual gamer, wat is, a casual gamer, huh ?... u gotta, pay up, pay up, pay up. To progress quickly. Hope this game makes more updates and evolves the game more.
The game is fun, but way too expensive to advance to stronger ships. This is one of the biggest money grab games there is in the store. It's too bad, it could be one of the best.
Most annoying game ever. There is a fun game buried somewhere in here but it is an unholy nightmare getting around the advertisements, even with the paid version. Bout as close to a scam as you can get imo.
I really like this game I've had it downloaded for years but what good are all these coins if I can't spend them on new ships?!?! I have purchased with coins or gems and obtained or won every ship that I can but if I want a new ship I have to spend $20 for it?! that's insane..!!! spending anything is ridiculous really.. I don't understand why most games the coins or loot you win is irrelevant..you can't do anything with it..?!?
Ads still ridiculous. 30 second ads from 2 years ago are now a minute+ having to wait 15 seconds to get the x, course Google play store, and then 5 seconds to get the x to actually close the ads. Thats when you pay to not see ads. During an event if you need to watch 5 ads to do the full mini game, you're looking at around 12-15 minutes straight for 5 extra plays. As always, a large power difference between free players, and those who spend$1500 per event.
No difference to free version?!?!?!? response to dev: really? that's it? just an ad skip option in main mission for respawn? oh gee, so generous.... Why is there no customer support and have to put issues on the review to get help? Hunger games so obviously rigged. Why do all the traps seem to target one player even though only a few players left??? Trap levels too high to be real sooooo dodgy. Must be cheat bots involved these days which is really annoying too😡
Gratitude comes after gimme and gotcha for the makers of this game. On its own, the game is fantastic. However, at some point, it becomes an expensive pay-to-play game unless you want to spend playing the game 24/7. The worst thing is that the engine is buggy, so often purchases get lost. This is furthermore compounded by sub-par support that assumes that their product is perfect and any paid but not delivered purchases are gone because the customer did something wrong.
Not a bad game . How ever the game is over priced, not to mention the grind. What u need you don't get even when you draw and it's rare to get what u need. There has to be some way for some of us who do not want to spend a fortune just to keep up. Will check back later on to see if any changes are made to the over priced items and ships y'all have. Again the game is awesome just the price tags you have setup. For now have a great day. Hope for better changes.
While I appreciate the effort. There's not enough characters in this review to explain all that's wrong with this game. From bad controls where the ship jumps to where your finger is even if you want it to stay where's it at and just move left or right. To the slow and boring gameplay. The music is basic too. I'd skip this one. And btw, I'm a fan of the shmup genre.
Game is fun. I have had it for over a year now and I play it everyday. It does get to a point where it is very difficult if you don't pay for items. I have not bought anything, but I am still able to progress and play. I wish that there was a way, besides paying money, to unlock certain items. Perhaps, completing tasks, or trading items with others or a store. They do a good job on updates and changing weekly quest, but it is still difficult without paying. I strongly recommend this game however
If you paid for the premium version of the app and thought that the premium version unlocks all the powerups, it doesn't. I got the premium version when it was free on sale, so I don't really know the differences between the paid and the free version, but the paid version is still stuffed to the brim with paid upgrades left and right, that's for sure. I count five different loot/prize boxes scattered throughout the app. You will spend a lot of time clicking everywhere to pick up various powerups and upgrades, that keep popping up all the time. But the most annoying feature is the player-vs-player combat. The game's PVP mode keeps matching players with ships of different strengths, one of them usually a paid in-app purchase. As such, most matchups are just a blowout with the player with the paid ship outscoring right from the start of the match. I believe this is intentional, in order to push paid upgrades. When I get a lopsided matchup, I just bail out, because I know it will be a waste of time. Also, in the last couple of weeks, the PVP server kept going down. The developer keeps pushing their Facebook page in responses. I don't use Facebook, I value my privacy.
Gameplay is pretty solid. You can kinda weave through the bullet hell most of the time. The only problem is that this game has a hidden paywall. You can play it, gain the currency slowly, build up your ship's power... but when it comes down to it, you can't build up enough dps without paying. You just kinda get thousands of the little puzzle pieces to unlock a ship that costs $10, but you can't unlock it without paying. Fun game, but it requires you to pay between $10 to $50 just to advance.
It's fun and a good time killer. Just hop on, play a little, then hop off. I wouldn't invest to much time into the game. It's become all about money sadly. Like most mobile games and their developers, they add "exclusive" items that are ridiculously hard to get if you don't spend money. If you spend money then you can get whatever you need. You'd have to play for months to save up to just get a couple items/upgrades etc. Like I said, just hop on, shoot some enemies and log off.
