The camera is too fast to follow the direction of the moving character, try the character moves zigzag just a little bit the camera moves very fast. The camera should move slowly if the character moves a little. My head is dizzy because of the camera movements, I hope there is a fix for the problem. EDIT: The sensitivity settings only affect the motion of the camera manually, I'm talking about the camera's automatic movements, and yes I want the camera to move automatically, not manually.

Would love to give this a proper 5 stars but I cannot. Playing off a LG V40 and its runs amazingly on the highest settings. Ran into a problem using a wireless Xbox controller. The RB button doesnt work properly and only opens the map and the right thumbstick doesn't move the camera. Not sure if a common issue or just my controller. Edit: Works perfectly with a PS4 Dualshock but still not with an Xbox controller.

Unplayable with a PS5 controller, which is really disappointing. No idea if other controllers work, but lmb doesn't work, thus making it unplayable with a PS5 controller. This game is amazing, great mobile port, great graphics, solid framerate (although 90 or 120 would be better). Would be 5 stars if you make it playable with a PS5 controller.

I bought this game when it was on sale for 99 cents on the Play Store over Nintendo Switch for $29.99. Didn't regret it😎. plays basically the same as Switch but only around 2 GB instead of 10 GB for switch. i played up to the jellyfish field level and had no problem. Note I was using an 8bitdo pro 2 controller to play. I recommend using that controller or an xbox controller to play because touch controls not good. Hidden Gem, great way to experience without owning a console or PC. 👍

Graphics are breathtaking, gameplay is the same as the O.G, touchscreen isn't bad (Bluetooth controller is crisp and the way to go) and it got me one step closer to 100% this game on every console it's been released on!! A steal of a childhood classic and an overdose of nostalgia for me.

Gameplay is great for a mobile port of this cult classic, but I only have 2 issues about it so far: 1. Knowing that the console hotfixes has the Krabs Spatulas fixed to the original game's values, it's hard to go back to how Rehydrated was originally released and get the extra Shinies, so a fix on this would be great! 2. It would be great if there was an extra action button for the "Sneak" mechanic, like in the console versions, as the Virtual Joystick input makes it very difficult.

I CANT SAVE MY PROGRESS!!! It keeps saying 'Error, game cannot be saved' EVERY TIME I TRY AND SAVE. Obviously this is seriously annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP. I loved this game years ago and replaying it is great. I'm using the latest Samsung device and yet the game is so laggy and the frame rate keeps dropping on 60fps max settings. Considering I paid £8.99 for this, I would like the game to run as best as it could

It's a great remake of a PS2 game, with everything from improved graphics and a great story to challenging boss fights. But there's one thing missing is optimization, sometimes experience frame drops while playing this game. I can't complain much considering the game's low price for a console port.

The game itself is a load of fun, played this version on multiple consoles/devices now and the mobile version is the best when it comes to loading screen times, very fast. My big problem was the frame rate, I would have it running in 60fps and the game runs terrible, pretty much 15fps. Im using a Galaxy S20 so I was thinking it would run as smooth as butter but I was wrong. It also heats up my phone a lot when playing so I wouldn't want to play it for more than an hour.

I love this game, it looks stunning, jellyfish fields blew me away with the grass, I expected it to be dumbed down a bit, but it doesn't see to be. I use a controller so I can't say much for the touch controls. Loving the game so far. My only issue I've had was with a glitch on the rooftops of downtown. If you are using Sandy's lasso and grab onto the edge of one of the conveyer belts, the lasso will continue spinning and you will fly upwards forever and it forced me to restart the section.

I think the game should have multiplayer just like the console version. I hope you don't abandon the game and make improvements. Even though I paid for the game, I'm emulating the switch version on my Android just because it has multiplayer. Quite embarrassing and discouraging to pay for something that even the sellers themselves don't take seriously.

Although I've never got to play it on PS2, this remake was a great experience. Graphically able to play on low settings to achieve 60 fps but it looks decent. External controller is recommended to get the best control of the characters. Got it for a bargain with a free google play gift card. Used a OnePlus Nord and it worked just fine but was unable to go medium without skipping frames. Would like an option to move the on screen controls tho.

Very Early Review, Amazing Graphics and Controls. This is a very early review, I will update it in the future. When I first purchased the game, I had doubts on the controls. When I logged on I noticed that the experience is much greater than I anticipated. My device is able to run all settings on high meaning that your experience may vary. The controls are well suited for this type of game. I so far recommend it if you have 10$ lying around.

This game is great. I wish there were more games like it on google play. It's console like with the controller compatibility. I use a kishi controller, and the game plays like a Nintendo switch with it. I haven't run into any issues like I read others complaining about. It's run great so far, and I haven't come across any bugs. This is probably the best gaming experience I've had on google play. It plays just like a console game.

Plays great and looks great. Fantastic remake. Direct port of the PC and console version. Nothing has been changed for mobile. It's a very impressive port! If you're on the fence, don't be. Just buy it. It's an amazing game. To note, this is the expanded remake, not the 2003 version of the game. I wish purple lamp and thq would bring cosmic shake over to android now ;) If any of you get a saving error, make sure your phone grants permission to the game for files and media. That will solve it.

Fantastic game! A huge game full of action, comedy, along with the classic style of spongebob. It holds up it's quality across all ages. My youngest brother (7), the middle child (12) and me (16) all love this game! There is a flaw with it though, and a big one at that. It is insanely buggy. If you follow the normal path then generally your bug free but if you hunt for them, there is an entire goldmine of glitches. I quite like the bugs though since it is always out of the way and fun to do. 5/5

Absolutely fantastic port with no compromise in quality for Android. It outdoes console versions actually, being able to run at 60fps, and loads at a fraction of the time consoles take as well. Like others say, it's best with a controller, but the on screen controls are actually really tight. And I'm very picky with on screen controls.

Amazing port, one problem is that sometimes after you die or a cutscene, or even just entering a new area, the buttons stop working, or at least a few of them like the jump button most importantly. However, I figured out that just turning my phone off and on again fixes it, and that it happens a lot when on max graphics, resolution, and fps. Other than that bug it's an amazing game on mobile. Well done

The longer I play this port, the more impressed I become. It is a faithful, 1:1 port that looks and plays just as well as its PC/Console counterparts. If anything, it might even be better due to the remarkably short load times. The game is definitely best experienced with a physical controller, but the on-screen controls are actually quite good here. That's no small feat for a game that demands fast and accurate input like this one. It's perfectly sufficient in the absence of a remote.

This port definitely stands up to the console and PC ports. I really enjoy it, and being able to play it on the go is much more enjoyable. The only issue I have is that the floating tiki will clip with the tiki on top, effectively making them into one, but it's not game breaking. It just makes for a weird issue, lol. Also I know it's a paid game so it's not surprising but there are absolutely no ads. Update: Tikis float too far down, cant get them while doing a bungy jump, cant 100% the game.
