Look, if you’re into casino-style mobile games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Texas Holdem Poker & Blackjack. I've tested a bunch of card game apps and this one's pretty solid. The fantasy adventure theme is a nice twist that makes it more engaging than a typical poker app. And the graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The best part is that you can play for free without feeling forced to spend money. But I will say the upgrades and progression do start to feel grindy after a while.
