Been playing This War of Mine for a couple months now. It’s basically a strategy game where you control a group of civilians trying to survive in a war-torn city. Pretty solid app if you’re into gritty, realistic survival sims.
Here’s what you do: You scavenge for supplies, craft items, and try to keep your people alive. There’s also a day/night cycle – during the day you can’t leave your shelter ’cause of snipers, but at night you go out searching. And you can join a clan and team up with friends to raid other bases. Took me a while to figure that part out but it’s pretty cool.
Look, if you’re into survival games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – gets a bit repetitive after a while and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a gritty, emotional experience instead of just blowing stuff up.
