It's been 1 month since my review, and this game got worse! Our team can't get online to play in the tournament. No play=no revenue from adds! 1st review; Continuously off line during tournaments. These issues must be fixed, or you will lose a lot of add money when most of the players are online. Who wants to play when their scores do not count?!
I love this game the interaction with teammates and the tournaments. but the game is unreliable the servers are always going down, we lose points the ads which are supposed to be 30 seconds often freeze taking many minutes to get out of and then they do not give you the reward having watched over 5 minutes. one ad in particular keeps putting pages up during game every 3 or 4 seconds. it's a nightmare.
I realize during tournaments your game attracts a higher volume of players and that is probably the cause of the increase of the offline time. But it really is getting ridiculous. I have gone from an hour to all day or more. I have club members threatening to leave the game if this problem is not fixed. Please fix this problem soon. And your new skip button is just a way for people to cheat their way to the top of the board faster, that's not cool.
I like the game itself, especially the calm music and lovely background images, but the ads are nfuriating. Not only are they super frequent and some very long, some of the ads have no way to close out the ad without closing the app itself! This forces you to watch yet another ad when you reopen the app to resume your game play. I just wanted to post my reasons for deleting this app so maybe the developers will rethink their advertising processes. Off to look for another free tile match game...
New error: Begin a game while tournament is "Online," but by the time I finish the round it's "Offline," meaning I lose all credit/bolts for the weekly tournament that round. Bad enough when it's just 3 bolts, but *4x in a row today* it happened when I had 9 bolts!!! Otherwise, this is a great little game- exactly what it advertises, not trying to be anything it isn't. Join a team, make some friends, have some fun! Will add a star or two if they fix the Offline issue.
This was the only game I really enjoyed and I've tried a lot of them. But by level 154,after less than two months,it becomes insufferable with almost constant bombardment of ads and they force how you can play making it nearly impossible without watching multiple ads to keep the game feasibly going..it's annoying in the extreme . I'm going to delete it.
This is the only app I constantly have problems with. It shows offline the entire weekend of the tournament, with the exception of once or twice. I have no idea where I stand or where my team is. I bought lightning bolts, and this was a waste of money. Cleared the Cache, nothing. The error is definitely on your side. Why is this always an issue? August 22. Another Friday. Tournament time, and it's offline, again. I enjoyed this game, but it's time to uninstall. Hope you get your act together.
The game is kinda fun up to a point. I bought the "No Ads" pack. As with so many games, "No Ads" doesn't actually mean "You won't ever see ads", but "You won't see ads unless you select something that would show ads". It should be called "Less ads", not "No Ads". More importantly, there comes a point in the game when the user is effectively forced to buy more magic tools to keep progressing. IMO, the game is not interesting enough to pay for them, which is really why I rated it so low.
Review edit: This game has so many ads that you can't even complete a full game without ads popping up. I'm going to a different tile match that I can enjoy instead of being frustrated! Old review: It was fun at first, but the new update has messed things up. The auto complete doesn't work anymore. There are ads in the middle of a game. Lots of ads! I'm ready to delete this game.
Overall, game is great and I enjoy playing it. There is a bug in the latest update, which causes the auto complete button not to show on screen. Yes, I have checked the config and its turned on. The issue started after the last update. Also, there are frequent issues staying connected to the server during tournaments. Update: Emailed my userID to you. Also, servers were offline the majority of the weekend. Users in my team were complaining, so its becoming a big issue.
