I can't build or upgrade. All I can do are the slots and collect $. UPDATE: Apparently you can not add or upgrade rides as the ads showed. It's a slot game and it is BORING. If I knew I would not have bothered uploading it. The response I received from the makers was unhelpful at best. I would put ZERO stars if I could. DELETE DELETE DELETE!
Reviews for Top Tycoon: Coin Theme Empire
← Back to Top Tycoon: Coin Theme EmpireSlow at the beginning. You're only allowed to click one upgrade at a time, and then you have to save up $74,000 but you aren't allowed to make any more upgrades so you have to just stare at the screen and wait and occasionally tap to collect money.
I've only played the game for about an hour now, and it's not bad, but it's kinda boring. The part i really dont like, though, is the fact that it's NOTHING like the ad, and for some reason, you have to be 18? When I saw the ad, I was 17, but I was turning 18 in the next 2 months, so I took a screenshot to remember to download it once I turned 18 because it looked fun. I literally waited for nothing, to be honest. I'm actually so disappointed that it was another game not like the ads.
EDIT, Change to 4 stars, simiply because the duplicate of collectible cards, its so frustrating out of 100 cards you might 5 new ones, but the packs are easy to get, cool game so far, I'm liking a lot. Will update once progressed more but 5 stars anyway I am addicted to this game, definitely onw of the better spin/attack games. The only feedback I have is that the cards and albums are very repitive, and it is hard to get new cards.
Unfortunately like most games nowadays the advert is misleading. And then when you are playing whenever you complete something you are bombarded with 5 + different popups trying to get you to purchase stuff in game. Each time you X out of one the next pops straight up, so while the game is OK. This means I will be uninstalling
I find you dont earn enough coins for how expensive things are. By the time I spend 15 mins using up my free spins to get coins, I still only have enough to purchase one bit of land. Then you have to wait again until all your spins are back. I find im done after 15 minutes as there is nothing else to do but wait. And attacks are pointless and expensive to fix, and eats up your coin and then you can't build again until you wait for spins to earn again. Game is too quick, and not long term
boring game. once again, the ad is now exciting. just another 'stuck playing slots' and stealing other people's 'gold'. it's all forced on you. bells and whistles everywhere with huge CONGRATULATIONS. Temu has less pop ups. every button push comes with a cartoony little motion thing you're stuck with. sponge bear in a plane. a rabbit thief. not fun
Yet another game that's nothing like the ads. Thought this would be a nice relaxing game, but right from the start, upgrades are really expensive, and it takes ages to save up. I stuck with it for a few upgrades, but then it wanted me to attack another player - and no way to opt out or progress without doing so. Uninstalling the game as a result of this
Ads show wood making, tutorial shows clicking upgrades and upgrading a amusement park, real game is gambling. The mini games you get through the slot machine do allow interacting with other people's islands, but other than that you just sit there. Waiting for the slot machine to give you money to buy land. Slowly wanting to die because you're bored. Also I'm quite sure the art is ai. There's not a single thing about this game that is good. Save your precious time. Don't play this.
Don't trust the reviews this game is not as described. It's a good-looking game and a good idea. BUT it has more sales popups than all my other games combined. Over the last two days, with approximately 700 spins, I earned enough to secure two spaces; it's impossible to finish without spending. Also, the challenges can't be done without paying for things. Definitely uninstalling.
Don't be misled by the ads. This is a slots game and the only ride you can upgrade is the tutorial one which ends up being pointless since you can't do anything after that except click spots to make the park bigger. Total waste of time and I'm installing. God, I hate false advertising. Fastest way to turn me off of a game.
game is fun, but as far as I can tell. I hit a task that seems designed to lock players at the same spot. the only way to save up more than 50 spins is through rewards, completing missions, and doing events. all that require you to spin the slots to earn. the highest I have gotten is 600 spins and only unlocked the 30X spins. you need to spin the 50X spins 50 times. how am I supposed to earn over 1000 spins to unlock 50X
edit : still haven't received the rewards. they make you click on a link and enter your Google password to verify it's you and then it just repeats me back to their start up page. the event now ends in a hour. steals your money. I purchased a package specifically because it came with free bonus fish. it only gave me what I purchased. and not the free items. when I mentioned it to support after being charged twice now. they said they'd respond in 72 hours even though the event ends in 1 day
At first, it was fun addictive even. Farther you get, things get too expensive to progress it's too slow. Can't even get the prizes from free spins alone. You have to buy something to get them all. And you can get attacked. It takes millions of coins to rebuild. You're blocked from getting coins from your land until it's rebuilt. It can take days from free spins alone. You can only collect coins from new land. And even spending $$ I didn't reach my prize goal before running of of time. It's sad.
Nothing like advertised. Very disappointing. The ads show you actively adding enhancements to your park but the only thing you really add are pieces of land to branch out your park that increase in cost every purchase. The mini game (not games) that helps you earn enough to add those pieces of land is a slot game with variations. You other option to advance is to pay real world currency. This basically a slots game.
the game is aesthetically pleasing and a lot to do, but imo way too much behind pay walls to get more spins and spin bonuses. The amount of money for island expansion does not need a limit or needs a limit to be a lot higher. the max amount of spins you acquire over time needs to be higher. There's just not a lot of attraction for people that are free to play. That's the reason for my 2 star rating. the game just requires too much money to spend in order to progress in the game and the steps.
Buggy. When advancing through the slot levels, it loses the options for the special items to collect, sometimes. Additionally, timer countdowns on special games are inaccurate. Left one game stocked with plays, with 20 hours on the clock, and it vanished nine hours later. Lost a good amount of loot. Very disappointing. Slot spins are hilariously rigged. Dev team, you can do better.
Addictive game, but I have no choice, but to uninstall. The game won't let me into certain parts without putting up these boxes telling me to like them on Facebook/meta, telling me to invite friends or buy add ons. I don't have a fb account, and I choose to play without add ons as I feel the game is fun enough without them. These are intensely annoying. Since I'm eventually going to run out of money to expand, I may as well do it now. I had almost 30 million in my bank, so very annoying.
"free" is not FREE if you have to pay for it by watching ads; otherwise, the game is decent, ads ARE optional, but it irks me that devs are claiming things are FREE, when they're actually not. edit: the response is lackluster at best, showing the predatory nature this app has towards monetization. I get you need to make money, we all do, but claiming things as "free" when they're not, is skirting the laws in regards to false advertising.
The game is fun, but very predictable. You can tell when your spins aren't going to produce any rewards for the tasks. Doesn't matter if you spend money in the game, they're going to make sure you won't keep playing (counterproductive). You may play the game several times a day, everyday.. but unless you're spending an unhealthy amount to play, you'll never collect all the stickers for your album. If you get close to winning a reward with spins, the game is rigged to stop producing them.
