The daily login reward is broken. There are ads after every level run (regardless of win or lose). It's a 1 for 1 ads to level attempt ratio. The biggest glaring error for me is the in-game currency for real world purchases doesn't reflect anything I've ever seen. I have no idea what currency they're expecting but if I purchased anything I have no idea if the amounts are in dollars or something else entirely. Meaning there is no way to know what and how much you're actually getting charged.

At least this game is playable with a see-through mechanic. But it also limits how many ads you can watch to get a helpline. 8/19: Unplayable. Forced ad crashed my game and made me start all over.
I love this game, but what's going on with the intrusive Honda ad that keeps popping up randomly?? So very frustrating, because when it won't go away and you get out of the game, the level totally restarts. Bummer! Please respond to all these reviews that reference ads popping up during levels. There must be a virus present. I'm ready to uninstall and find another yarn game.
it was all good until I reached level 364. the game goes wonkie at the end. two weird pink color blocks show up and take any color, then there isn't enough to finish the game and it won't end. so, you're stuck, with 2 random colors in the hold area and you can't go on to next level. I've tried exiting and repeating the level only to same end over and over. so there's no going past level 364. Now level 364 if different. problem solved, or so I thought. Now it is 376. same puzzle, same problem.
Addictive but annoying I had it for 3 days with no problems, when now suddenly unanimated, full poster ads will pop up randomly During gameplay! Sometimes they will interrupt the watchable ads used for bonus coins. The longer I play a level, the frequency of the pop-ups increase. Each ad lasts anywhere from 10 to 25 seconds, and by the end of a long level, they will show up one after another in rapid succession. At that point I just exit the game.
hardly a puzzle game. As you gather colors you have so many baskets available. I had 2. after those you have pegs available for extra colors. but the game does not allow you to use any sort of strategy. Not all colors are accessible and you run out of pegs or baskets all to force you to view an ad. It seems like your average slop thats more focused on ad revenue than user experience.
Pros: Long hold let's you see the color underneath. Nice looking puzzles. Good color variation - easy to differentiate the colors. Seemingly unlimited new tries if you watch another ad - can take a LONG time to get through a level though bc of all the ad watching. Cons: TONS of forced intrusive pop up commercials during game; and if you dont get back to game the correct way, you have to start over. To get back the correct way, tap the square box built into your phone at the bottom of the screen.
The game was great, I was in love and understood that ads were required in the order to gain lives, but now it's so annoying with all the pop up ads during the game and there is no way to get out of it. Most the times I had to get out the game and started over because ads didn't disappear. Sometimes the ads even interfered with my speed, and got me killed. This game app needs improvement, otherwise lots of people will hit the U button.
Ads now pop up DURING play and at the end of a level. My game was interrupted 12 times in a single level by an ad popping up. The ad opens with no warning and can mess up your play. It is a flat image ad that stays on the screen and closes after a set duration. No option to click out or return to game. TWELVE TIMES! In a single level! The actual game is fantastic. And the ads at the end of the level aren't even annoying but the pop ups during play ruined the game. Gotta uninstall :(
UPDATE: Couldn't take it anymore. Uninstalled. I actually enjoy this game (I'm on level 52) BUT I'm very frustrated with the ads and the fact that if something goes wrong and you have to close the app then you have to restart whatever level you're on again. Either fix the glitch that causes the game to freeze because of those pop-up ads, or program the game to save your progress when you're in the middle of a level. It's very frustrating.
after a few levels the ads become so intrusive that it turns out from a relaxing experience into one of frustration. I mean every 30 seconds or so, right in the middle of game play, pops up a new ad THAT I WILL NEVER CLICK ON (fyi). I get ads between games, ads to get more spools of you get stuck in a game, and even designing games so that you do get stuck and are forced into an ad. I get it. but what we are talking about here is on another level that is far more intrusive. Uninstalling.
Fun Relaxing Game, make sure you strategically use press-and-hold to see what the next color underneath each block is. Ads not too intrusive, BUT level 56 defective and can't be passed!! You can not select a couple of the yarn blocks, so you can never complete level 56, and can no longer play the game. If developer fixes it, I'd give it a 5
ok, but has become disappointing. in later games the colors become a problem. the yarn color is easy to differentiate, but many of the spots to fill look the same color. a semi dark orange might match to a red yarn. dark brown and dark red receivers look the same. what is bad is that pretty much every app has the same issue. most people do not understand how the color can appear differently depending on size
I ended up purchasing the game to get no ads, which helped, but now I have a new problem. I'll complete several levels with little to no problem and/or watching ads to continue the level without failing, but then, out of nowhere, I have to REplay several levels that I had already completed. last time, it was just 5 previous levels. Now I've replayed at least 10, maybe 15, and I'm not sure how far ahead I was before this happened. will be asking for a refund.
Friends, what is the point of giving me 5 spools, when upon use of 5th spool, this ends the gameplay? Can we just cut out the middleman? Sadly, the graphics are also not as good as other similar games and play is clunky. And like many other similar games, you will need to either watch ads or spend money in order to progress.
Intrusive ads back to back. You cant pick 2 threads without double ads popping up. you have 1:10 ratio for being on the game to being on ads. literally every 3 seconds. I've timed it. You're on ads significantly longer than you're on the game screen. There's too many of these games to tolerate that. This game also repeats the same 20 pictures over and over.
It was fun. I hit the 60s levels and the game stopped working. I couldn't choose the yarn color options. It wasn't fully frozen but some of the yarn spots to cluck just wouldn't work even if I needed to get the color. It would collect the colors that were behind it but not the color I'm viewing. I guess I'm going to delete this app and try a different one
The game is fun enough but first, I absolutely hate the fact the item moves around. I'd prefer it to be stable. Second, it purposely doesn't mix up the color options enough. so I'm stuck with one color for so many rounds til the end. Other than saying I failed the game, what's the point of that? So unless the attempt was to try to make it difficult or a way to scam money, it doesn't do either.
Game is decent to pass the time, but doesn't improve upon any issues of similar games. Still forces you to watch ads for items as game is otherwise unwinnable. Thinks that "hard" means terrible color order. Does not let you finish even if you have more moves to make if the extra slots are filled. Missing tons of colors and very little variation, but half are so similar you can hardly tell the difference. Same levels repeat over and over with a lot of boring ones too. Not horrible, but not great.
Like many others, I was enjoying this game until I hit the levels in the 100s. Suddenly still picture full screen ads for online articles started popping up every couple minutes of game play. Not between levels, not to earn boosts. Just constant interruption. I'd hit the back button and it would not let me close the ad for 10 seconds. Don't bother unless you like 10 second breaks every 5 moves.
