I've completed over 2000 levels, paid for no forced ads, and play every day with my wife. I'm increasingly frustrated that the Zen Tournament is always packed with NPCs. I complete a level, they complete a level or two. I pause, they pause. Playing against a computer I cannot make progress against defeats the purpose of setting up a tournament. At some point, they stop progressing as I keep playing but when you're already 50 or 100 levels behind, a few hours left is not enough time to catch up.

Well, I like everything about this game except that the word choices are inconsistent. Sometimes proper names are allowed, sometimes not: "Erica" is valid, "Tom" is not. Some valid words are not allowed, and some of the slang and abbreviations allowed are just silly. Many obscure words included, which is kind of interesting, especially since there's a feature that allows you to read definitions. But really, proper names that have no other meaning and abbreviations should not be included.

Part of the premise here is to get consecutive words right, whether list words or bonus words, and the points you get for each word increments by 1 point until you make a mistake and the points you get resets to 1. The problem is there are a massive number of words you'd find in a dictionary that this app does not recognize as real words (I'm not talking about names or slang or abbreviations). You pretty much have to be psychic to consistently get good scores. Oh, and ads after every level. Lame

Game has started doing auto-fill in my puzzles and I have tried numerous times and ways to get through to support and ask how to stop it but I can't get to a screen that will allow me to ask - lousy support system!!! Fun game but there are so many games available and I can easily find one that is more challenging and easier to interface with. 😖

Loved it, but there are so many issues now. For some reason, it's not recognizing simple words. Just now, it didn't recognize the word "here." It's no longer recognizing other words too like ice, pot, etc. Recognizes died, but not die or dead. It always used to...what gives? The letter scrambler being moved to the center of the wheel is very distracting as well. Seems there's constant changes lately, none of them good. Yeah, it's time to uninstall, I'm done.

I really enjoyed this game when I first started playing. I purchased the ad free version b/c the endless ads drove me nuts. The number of legitimate words which are rejected is truly frustrating. I was just playing & had ”fund", "rape" & "die" rejected. While there has been an improvement in the variety of words used in the puzzles, I'm tired of real words being rejected.

Fed up with the increase in ads and moving on. Downloaded a while ago and it was fun and kept me wanting to play more. I knew it was a free game and that there were popup ads but that didn't bother me at first. The ads were basically waiting five seconds and clicking the "X" and you were on to the next level. Now I have to click through four screens, waiting each time, and even more annoying is the ads have reduced the "X" size and force you to click on the ad or go to the play store.

I've enjoyed this game for a long time. The ads haven't been too bad, they can/should always be less and less the more a person has played. My big problem is that recently I get a pop up for "Extra Words" in the middle of playing. It covers the puzzle, very annoying! I've tried to report this through the in app support section, but it won't open after many attempts. Please fix these issues soon. This was an enjoyable game being ruined.

Downloaded as a time killer and to sharpen my cog skills. I'm at level 4300 or so. The game is sometimes repetitive using the same letters/ words a bit too often. The ads are ridiculous. There are at least 4 between each puzzle and they are all scams. I should've deleted a long time ago but it's addictive. They're aren't real instructions even as advanced as I am in the game I have no idea how the tournament points are achieved. I've not made any purchases.

Six months ago, I could complete the daily games in about 16-18 levels. It was doable and I got my daily firecracker. Now it is 26-28 levels; complete with an ad after each level! No longer worth it. Addendum: I know reason for ads. But fixing something that isn't broken, and then needing more ads to pay for the unneeded fix is shameful. Now, I have to complete over 50% more levels to simply earn the day's rewards. 50% more levels means 50% more ads. Neither are needed. Shameful.
