Been using the Wendler log 531 Pro app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you plan and track your 5-3-1 powerlifting workouts. Pretty solid if you’re into strength training and that kind of stuff.
The app will calculate your one-rep maxes and then automatically set up your workout plans for each lift. You can just tap on the weight plates to see what you’re supposed to do that day. And there’s a ton of customization – you can change the accessories, adjust your training max, stuff like that.
Look, if you’re following the 5-3-1 program, this app is a real time-saver. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you’re into powerlifting and want a better way to track your workouts.
