So here's my honest take on 1st Phorm. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The nutrition and workout features are super helpful, and I like that there's expert support if you need it. And compared to other apps, the user experience is pretty intuitive and the design looks nice. Not gonna lie though, the ads can get old after a while. And the free version is a bit limited, so you'll probably have to pay to unlock all the features. But if you're dedicated to making progress, this is a great tool to have in your arsenal.

Description

Been using the 1st Phorm app for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness and nutrition tracking app. Pretty solid if you’re trying to get in shape and hit your goals.

Here’s what you can do – there’s nutrition tracking to help you hit your macros, customized workout plans for all levels, and even a step counter to track your daily activity. It’s got 24/7 expert support too if you need any tips or advice. Took me a little while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re serious about getting fit, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kinda annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a great job of keeping you on track. Worth checking out for sure.

It's a decent fitness tracking app. I wouldn't pay for it if I wasn't working with my coach outside of the app as well. At least it's up front about...
