So here's my take on WeTransfer : File Transfer. I've tried a bunch of file transfer apps and this one's pretty solid. The interface is clean and easy to use, and I like how you can send files of any size without issues. And transfers have been reliable in my experience, and the quality is maintained well. The only downsides are that it can be a bit slow sometimes, and the free version has ads which can get annoying. But overall, it's a really handy app to have if you need to share large files on a regular basis.

Pros

  • Super simple to use, even for less tech-savvy people
  • Handles all kinds of file types, from docs to videos
  • Keeps original quality when sending media files
  • Free version is pretty functional, don't have to pay
  • Works well on both phones and tablets

Cons

  • Uploads can be a bit slow at times, especially for bigger files
  • Free version has ads that can get annoying after a while
  • Doesn't have a ton of advanced features, just the basics
  • Can be confusing to navigate all the different options at first

Description

I’ve been using WeTransfer : File Transfer for a couple months now. It’s basically a super simple way to send big files from your phone or tablet. Pretty solid app if you’re into sharing photos, videos, documents, or other large files.

Here’s what you do: you just select the files you want to send, put in the recipient’s email, and hit send. There’s also a neat feature where you can add a custom message. And the app makes sure your videos and stuff stay in high quality, which is pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out all the different options, but it’s all pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re constantly sharing big files, you’ll probably like WeTransfer. It’s not perfect – sometimes the uploads can be a bit slow – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you need a simple way to transfer stuff on the go.
