Been using Learn Chess with Dr. Wolf for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that teaches you how to play chess from the ground up. The way it works is Dr. Wolf, who’s your personal chess coach, walks you through all the basics and then some more advanced strategies. There’s over 50 different lessons you can go through, and he’ll actually play games with you and point out where you’re going wrong.
And there’s a bunch of other cool features too – you can track your progress, get hints and tips, and even play against other players online. It’s got a nice clean look and runs smoothly even on older phones. Overall, it’s a pretty solid way to learn chess if that’s your thing.
Look, if you’re trying to get better at chess, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the lessons can get a little repetitive after a while, and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But it does the job and is worth checking out, in my opinion.
