So here's my honest take on Apollo Neuro. I've tested a bunch of wellness apps and this one's one of the more unique ones I've come across. The concept of using touch/vibrations to influence your nervous system is pretty cool and I've found it does help me relax and sleep better on most nights. But it's not a miracle cure - there are still some kinks to work out with the app and hardware. And it's not cheap, so it's really for people serious about this kind of thing. But if you're looking for a more natural way to manage stress and improve your wellbeing, Apollo Neuro is worth checking out.

Description

Been using Apollo Neuro for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage stress and improve your overall well-being. The idea is that it taps into your nervous system with these soothing vibrations to help you relax, focus, and sleep better.

There’s a bunch of different “vibes” you can choose from – some are meant to energize you, others are for deep relaxation. And you just wear the Apollo wearable and let it work its magic. It takes a bit of getting used to at first, but once you find the right settings, it’s pretty effective.

Look, if you’re into health/wellness apps and want something to help manage stress, this is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes and the vibration settings can feel a bit gimmicky. But overall, it does a solid job and I’d recommend giving it a shot, especially if you have trouble winding down or focusing.

The app is awful. It only sporadically connects. It's been 3 years and they still haven't improved it. You can set favorites, but it doesn't default to them so I...

I, like others, have been impacted by the recent update which seems to have damaged the ability to connect with an Android phone. However, my Apollo has zero issue connecting...
