Been using the Bodybuilding.com – Fitness App for a couple months now. It’s basically a workout app with a ton of different training options. Pretty solid if you’re trying to get fit and build muscle.
Here’s what you can do: there’s guided workouts led by their coaches, custom programs you can follow, a library of exercises to learn new moves, and you can even build your own workouts. It’s got a social aspect too where you can connect with friends. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
