Extraordinary thesaurus… a perfect complement to Chambers Dictionary.

I paid for this and it still has ads. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love Chambers Thesaurus. Probably the most useful tool on my smartphone. Excellent.

I have been using this thesaurus with WordWeb for years. Indispensable. I highly recommend both!

I use this often and find it very helpful. It's not quite as comprehensive as I would like but it is good enough.

I have lost predicted text on this and dictionary which is annoying. There seem to be a lot of links missing, eg festivals tells me to see religious festivals under religious, but no panel on that page. Have seen several

A very good thesaurus with wide collection of words. You never fall short of words to express yourself if you have this tool in hand.

Have been using Wordweb dictionary since a long time. Recently bought this thesaurus too. At this cost, both the apps are absolutely must but for everyone.

Easily my most used phone app. Good word count (with occasional omissions). Fast and flexible.

Been using this a long time. Shame to lose the nice icon. Ever so pleased to have both the Chamber's references in such an accessible package.

Instead of displaying reference applications data of that application be used so that meanings are displayed immediately rather than opening it altogether. Consider the example of ABBYY Lingvo dictionary. What I'm asking for is a better coordination between the applications. Thanks!

I refer to this thesaurus two or three times a day because I search for words that are not repetitive in what I am writing or responding to I love this app because it gives me the ability to speak more articulately

This is a fantastic thesaurus app produced by the same folks who make the Chambers dictionary app. I highly recommend them both! The price of these two apps are justified by their outstanding quality. Worth every penny!

Please add a pop-up feature so that the device does not switch from the window/program I am working on. I'll rebuild when that's part of the package. Please let me know if this happens. Best

Really hate the new app icon - old one I recognised at a glance and it looked good; new one I have to focus on it to think what it is, and it's dull, dull, dull. Old one is fine within the app icon rules as long as you keep it within the clipping mask bounds with a clippable background. Please re-think: this new icon just makes the app disappear into my homescreen, it's so non-distinctive especially given the 5 other apps I have which are just red with some white on. Truly terrible decision.

I have been using WordWeb digital dictionary for years. It's the best of its kind. Chambers Thesaurus is a great complement to the dictionary. You can open the thesaurus from within the WordWeb dictionary or as an independent app. It is just as good as the dictionary and is great value for money.

My absolute favourite thesaurus app. Fast responses, easy to use, has far more content than competitors. Price tag is excellent. No stealthy ads. I have repurchased this on multiple devices. Nothing better than this one for me.

Top-tier thesaurus, and the app is totally worth the price tag. However, I believe the Dictionary app should most definitely be combined with this. I'd still not hesitate to pay the combined price tag, if the reason they remain separate is to not deter people from purchasing something that's marked higher, than the higher likelihood someone choosing to buy an app labeled half price. Hope there will be a future option to incorporate both, for the seamless experience this has potential to be

I'm sure it's me, but I find the Chambers Dict and Thesaurus (both Pro) almost impossible to navigate without Wordweb - which is fine I suppose but everything falls apart when I need to search from online editors - which is most of the time. Integration with Twitter is good but other apps are persnickety.

Gaining deeper insight and knowledge of the everyday language we use helps us to enliven our communication skills and gain deeper insight into the words we use and hear everyday. This is a home Library keeper! I use it often to see the various nuances of a word I come across in news articles and magazines that peak my attention to understand more fully what the author is saying. In a speech I heard the word 'diabolical' mentioned. Pure evil. The Chambers Thesaurus is a great learning tool.
