So here's my honest take on Chordify: Song Chords & Tuner. I've tested a bunch of music learning apps and this one's pretty solid. The chord diagrams are clear and easy to follow, and the interactive tools like the chord player and tuner are super helpful. It doesn't have the biggest song library out there, but it covers all the essentials. And it's free to use, which is great. The only real downside is that the interface can be a little confusing at first, but you get the hang of it. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better chord/tab apps out there.

Description

I’ve been using Chordify: Song Chords & Tuner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you learn chords and play songs on guitar, piano, ukulele, and more. Pretty solid if you’re into music and want to pick up a new instrument.

Here’s what you do: You can search for any song and it’ll show you the chords. There’s also a built-in chord player, so you can practice along. And it’s got a tuner feature – really handy for keeping your instrument in tune. Took me a while to figure out all the tools but they’re pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re a musician or just someone who wants to learn an instrument, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the song library could be bigger and the interface isn’t the most intuitive. But overall it does the job and helps you learn songs quickly. Worth checking out.

I read an overall negative review on this app, and guess what? Pretty much exactly as they described. Three songs, rest locked behind a paywall. I "chordified" a song, and...

The interface is really, really difficult if you're just starting or don't want to/can't listen as you play. There's no way to just read the chords as you play -...
