Ad for this app Misrepresented it's Functionality. I installed this app from an ad on another app. it featured an audio recording of a live in call response that sounded like police, fire it emergency officials responding to an emergency, like it was a Live Police or fire Emergency in real time. This app does Nothing like this it show a map with registered sex offenders nearby. MY PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT THEIR ADS COMPLETELY MISREPRESENT WHAT IT DOES. UNINSTALLED

Decent, but not being able to sort by date is frustrating. There seems to be no rhyme or reason how incidents are listed

Great idea for an app, but living in a major city burb I get hardly any notifications. Surprising since a lot goes on around here. Also I am unable to sign in using Google, it just says something went wrong. I will stick with it for now and see what happens.

just downloaded this app. and its amazing... one of the best I've seen so far.. not every word of police transcripts are totally accurate of course, but easy to decipher.. no ads so far and lots of details.. even an offender map.. 👍👍👍

Seems pretty accurate. locations are correct and I like how I can get a little information. Would like to get more details but it's not that bad.

Home page is all over the place. I don't know why I'm seeing reports from 2 days ago in between 3 and 4 hours ago. And why are all of my notifications ONLY for surrounding areas and not my actual area?

great information. would be so much better if there was an option to organize the list instead of it jumping around so much

I love it. It shows me where all the offenders in my area are. However it isn't up-to-date on any other emergencys and or crime. Some times I may get a pop up about a emergency. But very little.

great app. would give 5 stars if the offender option worked. I click the tab and the disclaimer pops up, and when I click the box to accept, there's no way to continue. then I have to x out and the offender option is useless

WOW! This app is amazing. I had no idea this information was available to me, and it stays up to date in real time. Super simple and no ads. ADVICE Set your alerts to a 1 mile radius and add the addresses of the places most important to you.

I highly recommend this app, for adults and any child who has a phone. so they can see the face of child predators in their area. you can also see emergency calls in your area. hear audio transcripts as well I would live to see a face on every molester though, also would be nice to have an optional scanner avail. maybe a tally at the end of each month of say drunk drivers, with thefts, breaking & enemies, retail theft/fraud, car theft, ect would be super helpful about certain areas

You get two different times for each police or medical call do not know what time is accurate. App doesn't update for hours at a time. Kind of hard to keep the app running smoothly that way or accurately needs a lot of improvements. But gives you the general idea of what's going on in your neighborhood.

It's not a real-time app. You might find out about an incident well after anything happened. App seems intrusive and knows your location without permission. There's no telling what it's doing in the background on your phone. For safety reasons, I wouldn't recommend it.

I literally just opened the app and I didn't have to put any location it just popped up my address I dont like that. usually you have to allow the app to have access to your location. kinda creepy I'll be deleting it

I absolutely love the idea of this app. it seems great from the aspect of it being informative. but the transcripts from every call, are so far off that it makes this app look very bad and not very credible in all reality. I don't know what the reasoning is, but I would kind of say that seems like a I takes the radio transmission and types of the transcript for it. with very very bad misspellings of what units are being dispatched as well as the type of call and the address.

The idea behind this app is great: be notified from broadcast EMS activity about events taking place around you and include other safety features like criminal registry lookups or people living near you. The implementation of those ideas needs quite a bit of work. As others say, notifications are inconsistent, events don't always appear in feed, sorting is wonky, etc. Moreover, why does this app need access to my camera, mic, and media files when I'm not reporting anything? Until fixed, 3 stars.

this app tells you what has happened in your area it also shows all of the sex offenders in your area. plus you can read all transcripts. The only problem is instead of the calls being from newest to oldest they aren't. So you have to search through all the calls to see what has happened. hopefully, it can be changed where it starts with the newest calls

This is an interesting app! You pull up your neighborhood and think "oh, that's not too bad for my area!" Until you zoom in closer and many more things suddenly appear. But fortunately (or perhaps not...), in my area, these are more often than not health emergencies. I love that audio is available because the transcription is sometimes inaccurate. Plus, the "lingo" being used is "police talk" that I don't understand. (Maybe I can look up "standardized police codes" to help with that.)
