Great idea, poor execution. Love the customization for your tailored workout. However, I wish you could add an additional individual exercise when you're completing a selected workout. Lots of bugs, videos not loading even when downloaded. Completing a workout and not getting the star. The phone screen will time out before a 1 min rep can be completed. Love the workouts, love Krissy, love what the app is shooting for but they arent there yet. Keeping the app for now and hoping for fixes.

After I selected, the screen would just perpetually load with no change. I couldn't find the workout anywhere, even when I typed the title into the search bar, it said "no results". That combined with other users experiencing glitching throughout the app and the homescreen interface just being overwhelmingly inundated with workouts sent me right back to another app.
It was great at first, but then it started glitching. It does not want to move on to the next movement. The voice will say it, but the actual move will not continue. I find this especially true during the Stretch & Recover at the end. The Ladder exercises rush through. What should have taken me at least 10 minutes apparently only took me 45 seconds
I'm 1hr into this app and learning. It's a genius idea to have it all in 1 & you made it so easy! There are so many workouts, trainers, etc. It's a little overwhelming, actually. BUT, already, it's lagging, photos aren't appearing, and videos aren't showing up, just blank boxes 😑 glad I have a 7 day trial, but I'm getting disappointed.
I love this app so much. I used to try to do free workouts but I was never consistent. When I saw Danyele joined as a trainer I had to try it. I actually signed up, cancelled because I thought it would be too hard to balance with running, but then joined again a month later! I'm over 16 weeks in now and I'm so grateful I didn't give up!! I do the home guide and I'm stronger than I've ever been. Also more consistent. The community is also the best. Edit: 2 years later and still love it!!!
If you will be going to a public gym it's going to be hard to use because equipment availability is 50/50...takes the fun out of trying to use the app. The app itself and the workouts they show are great. The first workout I tried I couldn't even finish because it was challenging, which is good! Don't think I'll get enough value from this app while going to a public gym unfortunately. Canceled within the trial period. Maybe some day I'll have my own home gym & I can try again! 🥹😭
I downloaded this app on 8/5/2024 and went to the gym to see if the reviews were accurate. Day 1...OMG! I loved it. Tried to open it on Day 2 and the app had an error message and closed out. Day 3 and same error message. I was hoping to give this app a 4 or 5 star after the Day 1 workout, but here we are...1 star. UPDAT: A new update came out that fixed everything. The app works great. Even did a workout with my boyfriend and he complained about how hard he worked out 😉.
I love this app! It is very motivational and gets yoou moving, with all sorts of workouts that will suit your needs. The one thing i did not like about it was that when working out at the gym with the app, i had to check off each workout as i was going. This is a nice feature, but for me I dont like to look at my phone too much when im at the gym.
I loved this app in the beginning. Ever since the update, I have been having nothing but problems. Now, it won't let me change my workouts to download them or anything. I currently don't want to do two rest days, and it is forcing me due to it not letting me change or download my workouts. I can't even view the workouts past or future workouts. The programs are great, so the view is only for the app itself.
This app is extremely buggy and always has been. Now they are releasing a premium subscription which costs more money and will pretty much just be some articles and suggested workouts based on what you're interested in. It's a money grab. These are very basic things that we don't need to pay for. Fix the bugs. Until then, I will no longer be a loyal customer. I'll be trying the app Sweat once my subscription here runs out.
great workouts and meal prep ideas, but overall, this app has bugs and glitches way too often. Sometimes it won't record my workouts properly. Other times, it doesn't allow me to log in (I discovered that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it tends to make it work again). If I'm paying for something, I expect it to work...
I download the trial of this app, loved the programs, and subscribed for a year during a sale. I wish I would've waited because out of the 365 days that I had the subscription, I was able to use it 110 days. It's a shame because the programs are great, but customer service and functionality of the app make it horrible. It logs you out, crashes mid workout, and erases your history. Customer service is unhelpful, tells you to reach out and gives no real help.
Definitely love the concept of the app--combining work out and diet. However, I keep coming across issues-- 1) the search function for both work out and recipe doesn't work properly. 2) I was rescheduling a work out to an earlier date, and the app deleted the work out, and now I can't add it back. I'm hoping these issues can be resolved because I really like the app. 😊
The app was great before the update. Now I have so many issues. My calendar doesn't mark my exercises completed. If completed, they are not counted towards my program. Tracking weights is frustrating because sometimes it saves it, and sometimes it does not. The tracking is disorganized and changed from lb to kg number, so now my pr is double, which will never be achieved. I used to love this app, and now I'm looking for another one.
I love the app I just wish it worked better. The workouts and plans are great, but the app is very glitchy. It takes excessively long to load and at times randomly logs me out and removes me from my current program. It can be inconvenient to be mid workout and have the app crash. Then it takes anywhere from 3-10 minutes to start working again even when the workouts are saved/downloaded.
Been using this app for the past 6 weeks and I am really enjoying it! Great workouts, have a nutrition plan if you want to use it as well as meal ideas, and different workout challenges. Easy to follow workouts and perfect for a range of abilities (beginner and up). I personally do my workouts at home and they have both home and gym workouts that are accessible. I like how you can change to an alternate exercise if you want to as well. Definitely recommend! 😍🙌🏼
Buyer BEWARE! I purchased this after seeing they had a free week trial. Clicking the free trial button there were two options. A year long one-time payment or a monthly payment. I bought the one month so I wouldn't be stuck. I did one workout that was too easy and canceled same-day. Refund was NOT issued because it was only for year long agreement. Was there fine print? Maybe. Is this a poor business practice? yep. Having the monthly option attached to the free trial button is deceptive.
I've tried other apps and even paused this one to try others, and nothing compares, in my opinion. It has glitches sometimes but usually is fixable by refreshing the calendar or just restarting the app. Great variety of workouts, trainers, recipes, and tips/advice. It's a straightforward, non-complicated app. It has kept me consistent, and yeah, it's a great app. I'll stop babbling lol
There are some good workouts, but the UI isn't great and there is no flexibility in workouts or programs. I feel like you should be able to set workouts by how much time you have (I don't have 90-120 minutes for the gym), set the rest days according to your schedule, change the order of exercises according to where things are in your gym, etc. I was excited about this app because two of my favorite YouTube trainers are on it. I paid for it but I don't use it a lot because of the issues.
I recommend this app to all fitness levels! They are beginner friendly all the way to the most experienced. Also there is a food section to track and arrange meals. Will also track your weights, give you insight on fitness information, from food, menstruation, exercise form! it's all in one app! Has a wonderful community of woman as well.
