Been using Fitify: Fitness, Home Workout for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you do all sorts of workouts without needing any gym equipment. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and staying in shape.
There’s over 900 exercises in the app, so you can always find new routines to try. You can do stuff like bodyweight training, kettlebell workouts, TRX, and more. It’s got training plans too if you want a structured program to follow. And the exercises are all explained with videos, which is super helpful.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit at home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the music gets old after a while and the premium features are a bit pricey. But overall it does a great job and makes working out convenient. Worth checking out for sure.
