There’s also a database with tons of foods, so you can just scan barcodes or search for stuff. And the app gives you a daily BITE budget to stay on track – took me a while to figure that out but it’s really useful.
Look, if you’re trying to lose weight or just want to be more mindful of your eating, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the food database is missing some stuff and the interface can be a little clunky – but overall it does the job.
