Can't cancel & they keep charging me! Like another person's review, the same thing has happened to me. I was not able to log into the app. After the free trial, I was sent no notice about it renewing either so they just charged me. I tried to log into the app and it said my subscription had expired and to contact support but the button didn't work. I still cannot log in , still couldn't contact support, still cannot cancel but still keep being charged for an app I can't use.

Saw a Facebook ad for a calisthenics app—75% off, so I bought it. Right after paying, I clicked "Get Your Plan" and was instantly charged $10 for an add-on—no cart or confirmation. I contacted support within 3 minutes, and they refused a refund but offered 2 free months. I don’t do business with companies that sneak charges. Canceled both subscriptions and disputed the charge. Would NEVER recommend.
I really got ripped off! I didn't like the app as much as a different one. They will cancel (hopefully) but no refund. I deleted a section of my first review to have space to add more. They reached out to me and said they'd refunded the full amount but in fact, they charged me another $55.82. At some point, they went back and refunded the second charge but left the first one. in order to fulfill their promise, they still need to refund me $55.82. This company is a mess.
Buyer beware. I signed up for a 3 month walking plan for 29.99, have an email stating so but then was charged another 29.99 after 1 month for the extended workouts, which I don't want, have never used, and I cannot find in my agreement. I reached out to the company who refused to issue me a full refund. Poor customer service and ultimately frustrating.
Lasta’s customer service was completely unhelpful and offensive. Their refund policy makes it almost impossible to get your money back—even if the app doesn't deliver or isn’t a fit for your needs. I explained my issue clearly, but their response felt automated and impersonal. They offered a subscription extension when I asked for a refund. It's frustrating to deal with a company that won't take ownership or show basic customer care.
Beware scam charges!!! They advertise it as if it is free, then after you go through the set up charge $10.06 for a 30-day program. Then, less than 4 weeks later, without notification, charge $59.17. they don't even send a confirmation/receipt email after the charge, obviously hoping you don't notice it. Visa correctly flagged it as fraudulent. I went on the app and cancelled the "membership" immediately (still several days before the 30-day program was up) and they refused to refund.
The exercises are fun, have variety, and don't take that long. The tracking was helpful for me to stick with it. While Lisa was a great help with my account, I'm dropping a star because renewal was difficult. It's not clear how you're supposed to do that and no way to get into the app to renew if it expires. I had to sign up again with a different email. Also, they billed me instead of shutting my account down. Don't bother with the month trial. If you want Lasta, pay for 3 months right away.
Very deceiving;sneaky set up! You think you have a 28-30 day trial, but while trying to get app setup to use, you will end up with more charges. I only ended up using app a few times. Then suddenly, you are hit with outrageous multiple pricing. I reached out to request a refund, they respond with givingyou option 1 or 2, with 3 auto replies to choose from! I learned the hard way, don't use theirs and type your own! still have an ad answer that I will get my money refunded! 😪🙁😡
False advertising and deceitful billing. They billed 3 times in 3 weeks time. Always without notification. They advertised free service. Over $75 later in less than 3 weeks, it is not free!! And no refunds! This company needs to be eliminated from existence! What a dishonest way to "do business". Anyone else want to join in a class action suit?
So I signed up for a plan and I was only shown one fee. After payment, I realised I was charged twice for some other plan they signed me up for unilaterally and did not put that in my total so I get to decide whether I want to commit to that amount or not. That is very deceitful honestly and shows bad faith. And from the comments, I see this is their usual practice. What a shame.
I had a bad experience with customer service, normally these type of apps send a notification to remind you that the period that you paid is about to end so we as customers can decide if we want to continue with it, I paid for 3 months and tried it and didn't like it, and forgot. I got charged the whole year and the next day I contacted customer service requesting a refund, and they reply with 3 choices none of them was a full refund, when I replied it send my email to undelivered and no answer.
This app seems to be very good at providing good information. I signed up for a "free trial". I canceled it prior to the date noted, however, I was charged $29.99. I thought I may have missed the date and this was legit. However, I was charged $29 99 AGAIN a month later.When I contacted support, their bot told me I could choose 2 addional months if I desired or addional support guides and materials. It also stated that because the stated they can't issue a refund.
Did not use and was denied my refund... I signed up for a trial for about $10 bucks. I downloaded the app and looked around, which I should have done prior to purchase, but anyway. I didn't even do any workouts because the app was so basic and plain. I found a workout I wanted to try, and it didn't even come with a video. I had to read the workout. MUCH better apps than this. DO NOT BOTHER. I reached out and requested my refund and was told no. 0/10 Do not recommend.
I did the 1 month trial and planned on not renewing because I wasn't actually able to commit daily due to scheduling. I never received an email reminding me that I would be charged soon or how much. they just charged me. they don't offer refunds unless you can prove it didn't help. actually, I can't even cancel my subscription because the final button I have to push isn't there. still waiting to hear from them. update : I was sent an explanation on how to get access to the app. no help.
They DO NOT give refunds so be careful what you're signing up for!! When you sign up the app is $10 but you have to be careful what boxes are automatically checked as it has a charge. Unfortunately, we don't normally read all of that stuff like we should. I did not. No refunds available they offer you more "free" trials instead.
The app is legit useless the second your subscription expires. All you get is a popup that says you're expired & to contact support. No ability to look at basic account info & no ability to log in via the website. They can block the workouts you're not subscribed to, but cant let you in your basic profile after?! SUPER unethical billing practices. They send NO notice of renewal & I was charged $90 for 1 month after my initial subscription. 0/10 recommend app. don't give them your card info
This app signed me up for additional programs. I canceled FREE plan and auto-renew and it continues charging. I tried the online form to request refunds, and it won't let you enter a complete sentence in the comment box. Characters change once you type 3-5 words. No phone numbers. Not good. Auto-reply emails make you think issue fixed, but no.
When I signed up early Sept, it was a promotional fee of $10.00. I signed up and was charged an extra $10.17 for IDK what! I let it slide because I was excited to workout. I canceled bc I was not losing weight nor tightening up as I thought the app would assist with. I thought it was done. A few days later I was charged $59.17 and $31.78!!!! I immediately attempted to contact customer service, the phone # doesnt work. I have been offered 30% refund from what seems AI. I want my 100%.
UPDATE: Reached out per Lasta's response below and more of the same. I will not give up and neither should any of you! You will be charged even if you canceled a subscription or don't have access to the app and Lasta does not offer refunds based on my email contact with them. Thing is, I can't and don't have access to the app and never utilized the service. I'm not even sure what the $29 and $55 charges are for and you have to trust Lasta to cancel.
