Been using Men Workout at Home for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that helps you get in shape using just your bodyweight. Pretty solid if you’re into calisthenics and building muscle without weights.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different workouts and routines you can follow, all using stuff like pushups, squats, pullups, and that kind of thing. And it’s got a 28-day challenge to get you started, which is pretty cool. And the app has a ton of different exercise videos – took me a while to go through all of them but it’s useful to have that variety.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit at home without any equipment, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the workouts can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re serious about building muscle.
