So here's my honest take on Pulsetto Wellness. I've tried a bunch of meditation and mindfulness apps, and this one is a pretty cool alternative. The vagus nerve stimulation tech is interesting and it does seem to help me calm down when I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed. The app itself is pretty well-designed, though I've noticed a few bugs here and there. But overall, it's a solid option if you want something a little different from the usual meditation apps.

  • Fits into your day easily with 5-10 minute sessions

Cons

  • App can be glitchy and crash sometimes
  • Takes a bit of getting used to at first
  • Not as proven as traditional meditation
  • Need to buy the wearable device separately

Description

I’ve been using Pulsetto Wellness for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses wearable tech to stimulate your vagus nerve and help you relax. The idea is that it can kinda replace meditation or other methods to calm your mind and body when you’re feeling stressed or anxious.

Here’s what you do: you wear this little device on your chest, and it sends gentle electrical pulses to activate your vagus nerve. There’s also a mobile app that lets you track your progress and customize the sessions. Took me a while to figure it all out but it’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into wellness apps and looking for a way to de-stress, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need help unwinding.

The device works well, when you can actually run it through the worst app I've ever used. It constantly stops during a program and often needs to be reinstalled. There...
