Having booked their services and paid annual membership fee, I was told by the professional who was supposed to arrive, that they could not do so and would be late. They then did cancel the booking as per my instructions but refused to refund the annual membership fee inspite of my request for it, saying it was not refundable. who would want to use their services if such unprofessional attitude is shown...

Urban Company: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! 🚫 I'm writing this review as a warning to others: *DO NOT BUY FROM URBAN COMPANY*. Their after-sales service is non-existent! 🤯 I've been struggling with an issue for 26 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, they've failed to schedule a technician visit to resolve the problem. 😡 The worst part? Every day, I get calls from 5 different executives asking for the same details: mobile number, email ID, and purchase invoice.
Horrible customer care. in the name of help there is a useless chat both that keeps sharing contact number of the professional who is cribbing of distance she has to travel and not moving a bit. when asked to connect to customer care, it will repeatedly throw option to cancel / reschedule the booking. I have already wasted an hour waiting for professional to arrive and yet have no resolution. This is for a insta help booking done more than 12 hours ago.
Very poor experience using its Aircon service. After the first service, one Aircon unit started to leak. A reappointment was arranged to rectify the issue. However, the same unit leaked again in a relatively short period. However, as the warranty period was over, the company did not want to rectify this issue. Note that this has only been 6 weeks since the last service. Typically, the period between each service is between 3 to 6 months or more.
The prices for Insta Help have been increased drastically after the first 3 services. Also, the prices vary significantly from one mobile number to another. On my other number the price for the same service is invariably very low. The prices are not constant across services for the same location. This is a bad practice and not ethical means of doing business.
booked service being a regular client. The booking was cancelled and I was charged cancellation fees. Even though I had dropped a voice message to the staff before time that when he is coming, how much he will take to reach, he cancelled the booking. Worst part there is no customer executive service. only chat and that to select from the options available. Urban clap needs to put lot of efforts in customer service segment.
I had booked UC service 3 days in advance as service was going to take 7 hours. Also planned the entire day accordingly. No professional visited, assigned professional not picking up the call, no helpdesk called, only a chatbot available which can provide the option of rescheduling or cancelling. UC don't care about any customer, don't have replacement professionals and don't have any professional support centre. Worst service I have seen in years, giving 1 star as no option of 0 Star.
I'm facing a massive issue with this app. I book a professional for a particular job and after that professional comes he says this is not my job, I think I have been booked by mistake, after cancelling and rebooking the App is choosing same or similar professional for me even if it is not their job, wasting their and my time. after trying to raise a query the automated chat bot doesn't understand the problem and there is no way to connect with a human. this is making like harder ratherthan easy
Terrible experience! I was changed without notice, and my 5 PM service kept showing “8 minutes late” for half an hour. No customer support number in the UAE—only useless chat replies. At 5:40 PM, I was told no one would come due to a “van issue” and to reschedule! Overpriced and completely unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
I booked a service at a fixed price shown in the app, but when the partner arrived, he demanded a higher amount than what was confirmed. When I refused, they cancelled the service themselves but still charged me a visiting fee. This is very disappointing — my money got wasted even though the service was not completed.
