So here's my honest take on YESOUL FITNESS. I've tested a bunch of at-home workout apps and this one's a pretty solid option. The production value is great - the classes feel just like being in a real studio. And the instructors do a good job of keeping you motivated, which is key for home workouts.

The app has a nice variety of class types to choose from, which I appreciate. I do wish there were more live class times available, but the on-demand library is extensive. My main gripe is that the music can get repetitive if you do the same classes a lot. But overall, YESOUL is a really handy tool if you want to get fit from the comfort of your living room.

Description

I’ve been using YESOUL FITNESS for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you do live and on-demand workout classes from home. There’s a ton of different class types like cycling, strength training, HIIT, and more. The instructors are pretty motivating and the workouts can kick your butt.

Here’s what you do: you just pick a class, connect your bike or other equipment, and follow along. There’s also leaderboards and challenges to keep you engaged. Took me a while to figure out how to set everything up, but once I did it’s been pretty seamless.

Look, if you’re into fitness apps and want to workout at home, you’ll probably like YESOUL. It’s not perfect – the music can get repetitive and the class scheduling is a bit limited. But overall it does the job and gets your heart pumping. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a new way to sweat it out.

I am using the bike app. Last week all videos worked fine. Today, none of the videos will start. My wifi connection is solid, so something is horribly wrong with...

I bought the exercise bike to exercise and not pay a subscription. Should have bought one with a display already.
