So here's my take on Absorber. I've tested a ton of idle/strategy games and this one's actually pretty good. The core gameplay loop of defeating enemies and absorbing their powers is really addictive. There's a good amount of depth with the skill trees and prestige mode too. Visually it's polished and the soundtrack is chill. My main gripes are that it can get repetitive after a while, and the paywall/ads start feeling restrictive if you don't pay. But for a free game, it's one of the better idle RPGs I've played.

Description

Been playing Absorber for a couple months now. It’s basically an idle RPG where you absorb the abilities of your enemies as you defeat them. The key is figuring out the best order to take them on – that gives you strategic advantages as you progress. There’s a bunch of skill trees to invest in too, so you can really customize your character. And

The further you go, the more challenges and new features you unlock. Keeps things fresh and encourages you to try different strategies on each run. The graphics are pretty nice, with cool hand-drawn sprites, and the background music is super relaxing.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and don’t mind a bit of a grind, you’ll probably like Absorber. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads get old after a while. But overall it does a solid job of keeping you engaged and feeling like you’re making progress.
