Been playing Doodle God: 8-bit Mania for a couple months now. It’s basically a retro-style game where you mix and match different elements to build up your own little universe. Pretty cool if you’re into that kind of stuff.

The core gameplay is simple – you start with just a few basic elements and then try to combine them to create new ones. There’s over 175 elements to discover, and a bunch of different worlds to build up. It’s got an awesome 8-bit soundtrack that really takes you back to the old school video game days.

Look, if you’re a fan of casual strategy games, you’ll probably dig this. It can get a bit repetitive after a while, and the upgrades take forever at higher levels, but overall it’s a pretty solid time-waster. Worth checking out if you need a new game to mess around with.

I've tried a ton of these casual strategy/building games, and Doodle God: 8-bit Mania is one of the better ones in my opinion. The retro pixel art style is really well done, and the element combinations add a fun puzzle element. And it's free to play, which is great, though the ads can get a little annoying if you don't pay. In my experience, the gameplay loop of constantly expanding your little universe is pretty addicting, even if it does get repetitive after a while. Not a must-play, but a solid time-waster if you're looking for something new.
