So here's my take on Forest Camp Story. I've tested a bunch of simulation games and this one's a pretty solid addition to the genre. The graphics look great, the gameplay loop is addictive, and there's a surprising amount of depth when it comes to managing your campground. I especially like the variety of activities you can offer - it keeps things from getting too repetitive. And the free-to-play model is also pretty fair, no need to spend money to have fun.

But it's not perfect. Upgrades and expansions can take forever, especially at higher levels. And the ads can get a bit annoying if you don't pay. Overall though, I'd say it's a really fun and relaxing sim that scratches that campground itch. If you're a fan of the genre, it's definitely worth checking out.

Description

Been playing Forest Camp Story for a couple months now. It’s basically a business management sim where you build and run your own campground. Sounds pretty chill, right? The goal is to attract campers, set up cool activities, and grow your little camp into a thriving getaway spot.

Here’s what you do: You start by picking the perfect location and laying out your camp. There’s tons of customization – you can place cabins, hiking trails, fishing spots, and all sorts of fun stuff. And then you gotta stock up on supplies, hire staff, and start bringing in campers. It’s got a nice relaxing vibe, but there’s also some strategy in optimizing your layout and keeping your customers happy.

Look, if you’re into building and management sims, you’ll probably really enjoy this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can get grindy after a while – but overall it’s a pretty solid app. Worth checking out if you want to live out your camp dreams without actually going into the woods.
