Description
Been playing World Cruise Story for a couple months now. It’s basically a game where you build up your own luxury cruise ship, deck it out with all kinds of fancy amenities, and then sail around the world. Pretty addicting if you’re into this sort of thing.
Here’s what you do – you start off with a basic ship and then you can add things like restaurants, casinos, hot tubs, and even entertain royalty. The more stuff you add, the more points you score with your passengers. And there are different countries you can visit, each with their own challenges. It’s got a nice progression system where you’re constantly upgrading and expanding your ship.
Look, if you’re into strategy games and building stuff, you’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a solid cruise ship management game that’s easy to pick up and play in short bursts.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on World Cruise Story. I've tested a bunch of these types of casual building/management games and this one's actually pretty good. The gameplay loop of constantly upgrading and expanding your ship is really satisfying, and the variety of facilities you can add keeps it from getting stale too quickly. And the graphics are polished and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The only downsides are that the progression can get grindy at higher levels, and the free-to-play model means you'll have to deal with some annoying ads. But overall, if you're a fan of these kinds of games, I'd say World Cruise Story is worth checking out.
